In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: I think i was banned because of my stupidity in my actions of me talking out of character i understand what i did was wrong and i really didnt mean to do it as i am new to roleplay in a sense but i am deeply sorry also think discord was open at the time and that didnt help the situation.

Why should we unban you ?: I think i should be unbanned because i am deeply sorry in my actions and i have took the time to learn from this mistake and move on to improve my roleplay skills it was a stupid rookie mistake that shouldnt of happened and i should of payed more attention to the rules i also think that i now have good understanding of all rules and know what to do in different situations instead of going ooc but main thing of all i regret what i have done and learned my mistake and can assure you if i had another chance something like this wouldnt ever happen again.

yes the reason for my ban was speaking out of character and i am truley sorry this was a miss understanding on my behalf if you an your wonderfull comunity could give me a second chance i will follow all the rules proply and will most certainly not break them again as i really enjoy been in your comunity and this is my favourite city i have alot of freinds an i struggle to enjoy my time in any other server, i will also take my roleplaying very serious if i am granted a second chance as i have truley learned from my mistakes and this wont happen again sorry.

 
I have read through it for a 3rd time and i have only just realised i thought it was ooc talking but its not i got confused sorry its for metagaming and metagaming is knowing inside information that you shouldnt know like watching a stream to gain info in this case my friend told me on discord and i went to get him im sorry that it happened it was a stupid mistake and it wont happen again like i said this is the only server i wanna play and i cant now so i have took the time to read rules again and improve my roleplay experience

 
So since you are now aware of your ban and the reasons behind it, Why did you metagame to find your friend and the other player ?

What was the goal into you going to help your friend after they we're dumped?

 
My goal was to save his life as he was new to the server and to be honest was moaning about the people robbing him soon as he got into the city but that was a silly mistake and like i said it was wrong and we shouldnt of done that

 
You have been in the community since February 2022, I'd assume you read the rules overall so why didn't you inform your friend that this wouldn't be allowed to be done? 

Furthermore, You went down in this, Why did you combat log? 

 
I dont think my head was in the right place at that moment in time and yes i have read the rules and i know what is what in the city but i didnt actually kinda understand the rules fully until recently when i got banned i made sure i read over the rules 3 times to make sure i know what im doing and i did inform my friend that we cant do that but me being a idiot did it anyway and i went down in the situation by drowning as i can remember but the honest truth i was very tired at this point and i had a feeling i was gonna get banned anyways and i just didnt wanna wait the time i do admit fully what i did was wrong and if i could get a second chance i can prove that i have read the rules many times over you could ask me some questions on the spot and i will know the answers but other than all of this that i wrote i did wrong i broke 2 rules and i accept what i have done and just asking for a second chance i have had a clean sheet since feb and this is the only server i want to play and will ever play and hope you can give me a second chance thanks for your time also.

 
So you informed your friend that you cannot do this however you carried on to break two server rules, Why?

Indeed this is your only punishment and for the first one to be a permanent isn't a good look now is it. So how can we be sure that you won't simply do the same again if your friend needs help ? 

 
Yeah i did tell my friend we couldnt do this and i did continue correct it was a stupid mistake i was tired and he kept on and on at me i shouldnt of broke 2 rules and i do fully regret my actions and its not good for my first ban to be perm but im not looking to ever get banned again in the future if given the second chance and i wouldnt do the same ever again if anyone asked me because i have learned from it and wouldnt put myself at risk for a ban for something that will be not hard to get back but the ban is very much more complicated to fix when its too late like i said before i hope that you can believe in me and give me that second chance and i can prove to you that i wouldnt do it again as you wont see my on this ban list thanks for your time.

 
Whilst I get it was late at night when this happened it doesn't excuse what you did in this situation. Lets say we allow you to return and someone asks you to break a rule, How would this be handled? Since from your own words it doesn't take much to convince you to break the rules. 

In relation to the rules you we're banned for, Can you please quote both and in your own words explain why you believe we have these rules in place? 

 
If i was allowed back in the server and someone asked me to break a rule i just wouldnt do it because its not worth the ban like i said and i would just avoid that person at all costs and in my own words G3.1 is using out of character information to your advantage in this case was knowing where my friend was at the time and i shouldnt of known i think that you have that in place to make the roleplay better in the server and to make it fair for everyone so if you got robbed they could water you to kill you off so you cant remember the life and have less chance of getting revived by the ems and C2.3 Is combat logging and in my own words i think this is when you close your game or leave the server while still in a active situation where anything could still happen and your not allowed to do it because it could stop alot of things like people robbing you or getting away from police ect i think you have this in place because if you didnt it would be abused so much people would be leaving mid robbery and police chase and it wouldnt work in roleplay situations as no one would listen or comply and simply log out.

 
Very well, I'll hold you to your word as you do seem to have a better understanding of the rules broken as a whole. I would highly suggest to ensure you are aware of both the GTA and Community rules before rejoining the server. If you do happen to receive another ban within the 6 month period you will indeed be brought right back here to this section, I hope this doesn't happen as I don't wish to regret giving you an opportunity to prove yourself. 

Since you was downed prior to combat logging upon rejoining you will still be downed. You will need to finish off this roleplay, If you alert the NHS or not is your choice same as for if you wish to respawn, I'll leave that decision with yourself but as mentioned I do hope you follow the rules and don't end up back here as you've mentioned. Don't let me down.
