Reason given for your ban: G2.9

In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: There are only 2 potential reasons I can think of that could look in anyway related to the G2.9 rule.

1. The most recent... Using my Character 'Ravin Gamin' (character name) I lent a friend I met and hung out with in the city 110k so she could buy a house the other day. She today said in roleplay she didn't want the house any more and would I be interested having it if she sold it as I was after a house and couldn't find one close to that one. Once she sold it I purchased it
With the money she got back from the sale she paid me back 100k I have lent her. Was the same character so no money from one character to her and then back on another though. So not sure if that's the reason or not.

2. A few days ago 2 friends of another character I have 'Ravin Gamin' got banned from the city for G2.9. The transactions were legitimate and the money that was sent back to me from Max Wilson was my own from buying a shared house with them 2. 
I am sure the money was paid back to the 'Ravin Gamin' character whilst taxiing so again no transferring money from one character to another. If this is not the case I apologise but I am sure it was paid back to the RG character and not any of the others.

If any of these 2 reasons are not related then I can not think of anything else as it's never my intention to profit from using the different characters. I'm sure you can see I have spent hours taxiing etc in the short time I've been in the city to try and build up money.

If reason 2 is the cause and the returned 200k odd from the house did go to another character I apologise and happy for that to be either transferred to the original character (as it was suppose to be and sorry I'm sure it was) or 200k removed from the character.
If unbanned I will be deleting my Sabastian Cummings character to aid in not being confused between RG and SB so then I only have the day to day character Ravin Gamin and my Police Character Graham String.

Why should we unban you ?: I have really enjoyed being in the city and meeting new people.
I have never intentionally broken any of the RP rules and still confused as to where I could have other than in point 2 if the house sale money owed to RG went to another character in error. Was never on purpose if so and can only think I thought I was on the RG taxiing but was in fact in with the SB (Sabastian Cummings) character in the car. Once taxiing I'm in the car for ages only out for charging or atm, I usually just get locals asking for to be picked up so not a of interactions to remind me which character I'm on. I was trying to earn on both characters via taxiing so is my own fault for the confusion as to which I was at the point he sent the money. If so and again my apologies.
With no foul play intended I'm confused, really trying to remember at the point each part what happened and with which character and trying to work out what could have happened being as honest/open as possible as to why this has happened and lead to admin needing to spend time dealing with this. Sorry.

I am new to the city and new to RP as a whole and been trying to learn and fit in which I thought I was doing quite well so disappointed in myself if I confused characters and got the money sent to wrong one.
My biggest mistake was making more characters early on and confusing myself as to which I was at times... even having to check my Citizen ID when meeting someone and they asked for my name. Something I have definitely learnt the hard way.
As I have stated above - If unbanned I will delete my Sabastian Cummings character so I only have the day to day character Ravin Gamin and my Police Character Graham String.

My sincere apologies. No foul play was or is ever intended. I would be much more mind full in the future if unbanned and stick to 2 characters.
I feel as though I added to and provided a good roleplay experience to all I have come across in the city and would like for that to be able to continue and grow.

If the rule break was not from the two reasons I can think of above I would like to know please so I can explain and learn from it.

You received £80k From a character known as Max Wilson. 8 Minutes later you gave £80k to a character known as Wayne King. Max Wilson & Wayne King are two separate characters to one player therefore you assisted in transferring funds from one character to another. So would you like to explain this now that I have given you some information.

Hi, thank you for replying.

I am really trying to remember the situation in which it could have happened and can only think it would have being a loan or joint payment for something in a roleplay sense which being within a roleplay assumed was allowed and would have never been in an attempt to cheat or help someone else cheat.

I was online alot in the short time joining and we was having such a laugh exploring and trying to learn how to do things quickly and we must have wanted to do something together so gave/leant the money for something which in a roleplay sense didn't believe was wrong despite how I can understand it looks on a server log and can only plead a geniune innocent mistake.

I am very sorry for what has happened, have never thought to cheat or help cheat and as stated previously would remove the SB chracter to help reduce my confusion further and pay more attention to funds and rules. Well tbh won't be lending or doing any share buys any more. I even have a notepad ready soecially to take notes, names and info to aid in keeping roleplays and situations as acurate as possible going forward.

I know allowing these actions if malicious is very damanging to the econemy and everyones experience on the server which is why I hope you could see my actions weren't malicious and that I wouldn't have done anything to purposely hurt the community.

I love the fact the server has strict rules and that they are enforced however I feel g2.9 needs to be expanded upon as it states transfering between your 'own' characters which is why i've sat for over a week raking my brain to try and think where I gave from one of my own characters and received on another of my own. Hence gave the 2 potential reasons above and not how anything else could have been seen as that rule break as I have not purposly cheated or tried to gain anything, infact I've lost 140k odd from the house sale.

I fully understand the rule and that it is there to protect us all and how being involved in cheating is just as bad as the main offender.

Sat here writing now I can not remember when it happened, I am so sorry. Can only press the point it would have had a genuine roleplay reason not a cheating one which is why I didn't think too much of it at the time. My big mistake, sorry.

I could be giving you fake BS reasons to justify it but I am always open and honest even if it doesn't look great on me or help my case too much which I hope is understood and in some way appreciated. I assure you and the community it will never be something I do should I be unbanned.

Truely disappointed in myself as I like and respect rules and hope to have a second chance to be back in the city to be able to continue to give great roleplays to other members of the community.

I not only apologise for it happeneing but apologise for taking up staff time having to reply and deal with it.

P.s. Just as question as I am never wanting this to happen again, if (and a big if) a genuine roleplay scenario presents it's self that from a server log perspective could be seen as malicious  cheating or a potential rule break can admin be spoken to about it and if ok have a note put on the action/transaction etc or something?

I ask as if there was ever a time I was unsure about something, could I ask. Of course would need to break/pause the scenario with an emergency or need to go to sleep etc. And get back to them when told if ok or not.

*Edit* sorry to edit but trying to think about everything and I recall talk of buying a van to use as storage instead of a house as we could all have keys and use/store it etc. So paid a portion.

We did try to help each other do alsorts or try to do things so much in a short space of time so can now see how log wise there would have been money going towards alsorts from us all.

Seriously trying to be open as possible.

This really has taught me to pay much more attention to my actions even if in the heat of exciting roleplay play moments etc. And take on board how serious it us to protect everyone and create a level and fair experience.

As you may understand, we take these things quite serious. 
 

(G2.9) Transferring money or items between your own characters is not allowed by any method.
 

Fairly easy, but can be expanded when you help someone do it as well. This is not allowed and the pan will be put on the "Middleman" as well.
