Ban Reason: G 4.4 I was banned off a player report for Not roleplaying my injury's, And due to my ban conditions before i have ended up back at Appeals.
Why do you think you were banned: Good Evening,

The Reason I was banned is for not roleplaying my Injury's while downed, All I did in this instance Was /me Low pulse and made a death noise upon my respawning, After being called out in Looc for the lack of Rp/Me. To which my reply wasn't great " No Mate Iv just been Mag Dumped " or something very close to this.

I am not to sure how long The officer was providing Cpr for but I imagine it was a couple of minutes where he got nothing back at all which I can totally understand being frustrating. This is not normally like myself as I normally engage in roleplay as best I can regardless of the situation, However this evening during bobcat my son was being very loud up stairs and when I got downed I used this as a opportunity to run upstairs and tell him to keep the noise down and all that boring dad stuff. ( Normally it takes the police a couple of minutes to wrap it all up so didn't see a problem at the time ) When I came back to an Looc message I provided the bare minimum looking back in hindsight and it wasn't fair on the police. I could have done a better of explaining to the officers why I was absent at the start of the scene, and then carried on with my usual standard of roleplay I'm not saying its by any means the best but I always try my best to give the most enjoyable roleplay I can to everyone involved. And would like to apologize to those evening/Roleplay I ruined. Also didn't explain any of this on the report a player or speak in Qe because I didn't think it was a serious situation at the time.
Why should we unban you: I think I should be unbanned because I have been apart of the community a while now and have always tried my best to create a fun and exciting interactions for everyone I come across weather it be a new players or long standing ones. I have only been banned once before this and assume you've heard it all before But this will not become a recurring thread from myself as I'm not here to break rules and ruin anyone else's time I'm here to have Fun the same as the rest of community. I didn't take into account the Officer who reported me perspective and just assumed itl be aright and went about my day in future I will go out my way to make sure the other party is alright before just carrying on with my evening. After the Looc message I should of offered the officer to come to Qe and explain and say sorry for the lack lustre Rp. Going forward I will try to be abit more conscious of others and provide the best quality roleplay which I know I can do.

Hello there again @RacingChavvy , I hope you are well.

I unbanned you less than 5 months ago and here we are again. So you are telling me that you didn´t bother replying to the report or having a liaison because you didn´t think it was a big deal, yet you are here now, 8 days later, and suddenly understand where you went wrong?

I´m having trouble believing that sudden change of heart to be honest.

Tell me in detail why this rule is in place. Paint out the same scenario and tell me what you should/could have done differently.

Good Afternoon, @Sammy I am doing well , hope you are as well.

Id like to explain for a little bit of context as to why I didn't deem it serious at the time. Was because other then the Looc message asking if i was going to Rp there was no other Looc message to ask to come to Qe or anything so I assumed all was Oki. If the other party would of suggested Qe i would of gone happily and explained to the best i could why my Rp was "Shit" and would off apologized.
When i woke up the following day there was a report. I did reply to the report and I was the first to state to i wouldn't want to Qe i said this on the basic assumption that The other party wouldn't have liked to go into qe to discuss this as they never asked in Looc the night before, Maybe i was wrong and should of used that opportunity to ask the other person to come to Qe. And try and sort it out. But i guess we wont ever so and it is a lesson learned from myself.

This rule is in place to make the this community more Fun and immersive for everyone involved as well as a keeping it towards a realism feel within the roleplay.

If the scenario was exactly the same i would have done things a little differently i would have still had to go upstairs to tell my son to keep his noise down. But upon my returning i would have put a proper message in Looc explaining why i had wasn't their at the start of the medical Rp apologized and then jumped straight back into the roleplay using /Me the best i could i would of used things like
/me Hole in face Jaw Twitching ( Could of also made noise to the effect of this )
/me Skin hanging off left side of Face
Could of used Voice to Rp as well Like its been stated before of other G4.4 reports The dying and respawning isn't the issue the issue is the lack of Rp that goes along with it. and takes away from the other partys fun and immersion.
The list of stuff i could of done really is endless and i just totally flopped and let myself down in this situation

if I didn't have to leave the situation to go upstairs I could of done a whole lot different from the get go. From the moment i got downed i could have used Voice to interact and roleplay with the officer, and see where that lead as it could of lead many different ways in hindsight if i was there from the start i wouldn't of respawned we would of roleplayed and probably found our way to the hospital and gone from there . I do know police suffer with people giving no rp and waiting to respawn but other then this instance thats not me or my style of roleplay i always do my best. I am certainly not one of the people just waiting for respawn as i tend to spend quite alot of time in jail

i would just like to say that i have been apart of this community for quite a while now ( yes i know i should of known/done better ) all i can say is that i will learn from this and move forward if giving the opportunity i cant promise i wont ever end up back here again but i can promise i will try my hardest to resolve anything that happens in the future .

I appreciate the lengthy reply, thank you. Looking at your history, there is a few things that you could have avoided being on there, but apart from the ban for metagaming a while ago, it´s mostly pretty minor or was a while ago. That doesn´t make it good, but it also doesn´t give me a reason to believe that you are here to purposely cause issues.

I will, once again, give you a chance. This one however will be your last one for some time - Should you be seen in this section of the forums again anytime soon, you will be shown the door for at least 6 months. Keep your head down and don´t waste it.
