Why do you think you were banned: I believe I was banned for talking about an active roleplay situation, In a discord server. Which may have effected the course the roleplay.

Whilst fighting another gang at Ls Airport, I was driving a yellow Autarch with someone else as my passenger the fight went on for a little while once my tyres had been shot out, I proceeded to drive into the hanger where the passenger got out of the car. He told me to stay with him and I didn't listen drove out of the hanger to right. Where I seen someone from the gang we was fighting I tried to run him over with the car, However i missed them crashed into the Scissor lift, And came out of the windscreen. Leaving me Incapacitated.

This is where I tabbed straight to discord and put in the Chat. ( Best I can remember as the chat was deleted)

"I'm down"
"I'm no longer in the yellow Autarch"

I shouldn't have done this during a fight/ active Rp or at all since this is a common tactic used in fights and is effective, so If read by any player still In Rp it would of changed the course of roleplay for everyone not just the people in my gang. For this Apologise.

In the Spur of the moment the reason I did this was because I let the person who was passenger at the time down as he told me not to leave. Along with the fact I have been spending so much time in the server. maybe forgot what I was here for and just wanted the win for once. And I can truly say I am not normally like this.

Also being truthful I'm pretty disappointed that after all the hours and hard work iv put into Paul Trapp, I have ended up here with Perm ban ( due to my own actions)

I am not 100% sure but I think this is why I have been banned.
Why should we unban you: I believe Staff should consider Unbanning me and allowing me back to the Server.

Because I have been here for over a year Now maybe a little longer and have always tried my hardest give good quality roleplay, And as much to the community as i can. Whether it being helping new people find their feet or coming to Server events or just roleplaying in general.

A factor that also lead to my rule break is spending to much time in the server and especially playing on one Character, If allowed back i would like to create a New character and spilt my time between them going forward. Like the idea of trying to become a solicitor and seeing what type of Roleplay i could bring to the community other then being a criminal.

I do agree with the ban but i would really appreciate a chance to come back to the server.

Hello there @RacingChavvy , I hope you are well.

I appreciate the detailed appeal and your honesty here, thank you for that.

Considering you have been around for a long time now and apart from some warnings, your record is fairly clean, I am surprised to see you here for a rulebreak such as this.

Have you done this before at all? If not, why this time?
I´m sure you understand the impact these kind of things could have on the gameplay of others and would likely not appreciate this being done by the opposing gang, correct? Why take the chance at all?

Good Evening @Sammy, I am well thank you for asking ! I hope all is well with you too.

No i have not done this before. I have spoken about situations in discords after the fact, But i have never tabbed out in the middle of roleplay to provide information during an active Gunfights/Roleplay situation.

I guess the reason I done it this time as stated above was i felt guilt from letting my partner down as he directly told me not to leave, As well as the gang i am in had had a really rough time Roleplay wise for the last 6 weeks i think it just took it toll. Which gave me a moment of Win/lose mentality which i am disappointed about and i can promise that it will Never !! happen again cause its only in hindsight that i can say the fun is in the roleplay and being apart of the community.

Also i do understand the impact of these kind of things action and the effect they have on the gameplay like you say it it doesn't just effect me and my own it effects everyone which is just unfair. And yes i would not appreciate an opposing gang doing the same i would be the first to complain and say its not fair.

I cant say for sure why i took the chance i guess its because i thought i wouldn't get caught and because i took the server for granted which i can assure you it will not happen again.

So what happens the next time you are in a rough spot?

What made you not take the server for granted and why should I believe that you will not go and do things like this again, just in a smarter way, thinking you will not get caught?

What are your plans on the server, should we let you back in?

If the time comes when another rough spot happens i will handle it totally different, There are plenty of other avenues i can go down rather then repeat the same silly actions, Playing a different Character which i haven't really done before, or simply take a break. Although i don't believe another rough spot will happen because looking back it wasn't a rough spot it was just fun. But didnt realise till after which is a shame.

I can promise you i will not do anything like this again going forward , i regret doing it in the first place ,Not because i was caught but because its not the person i am, i am gutted i done it. I have zero interest in doing anything like that again i will Defiantly rather not play then try and get the upper hand and ruin other peoples roleplay and fun.

My Plans on the server would be to carry on with ( Paul Trapp ) Because i have put a lot of time into this Character, and would like to see how far i can take his journey.
As well as carrying on with (Paul Trapp) I would really like to look into creating either a solicitor and/or a Nhs Character to get involved with some of that side of the roleplay rather then just criminality and see what funny immersive scenes i can create and be involved with.

You would do well to remember that any ban within the next 6 months will be permanent again and should we catch you for anything remotely to do with metagaming, your time here will end very swiftly and you will have a much harder time coming back.

Make sure you use this chance. Unbanned.
