In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: So I had went to my friends wedding, before I left my brother, who is 12, asked if he could go on my PC so I had let him. I got back home quite late at night and I come back to my with the screen of being banned. I assumed he had been using voice chat whilst playing which is why a member of staff had banned my account. Then this morning I asked him why have I been banned, he told me. "Some mod came up to me and asked how I am" so I proceeded to ask what he had said to the mod. "Nothing, I just walked away." That is the only guessing to why I have been banned and it matches with the "PEGI". I know you must receive a lot of appeals with the excuse of "my brother" or "my cousin". But this is a genuine appeal and I have proof if needed

Why should we unban you ?: As I said, It wasn't me playing at the time and I can assure to you he will not be playing on this server ever again. Just to confirm I am over the age of 18. On the Rules it says your first ban is 24 hours, and as I only recently started playing on this server a couple days ago I am confused to why this is a permanent ban straight away, that is meant to be on your 4th warning. However I am aware why It was a permanent ban as he is 12 and clearly sounds it. But I do believe further investigation should've taken place by grabbing my game ID or whatever methods staff have in place to contact me because I doubt 12 years old kids will be able to go to their parents and ask for GTA. Let alone know how to install it and make accounts for steam fivem and so on. Firstly I will start of by stating we do not ask for ID and will not ask for ID so whatever decision is made here will be final.

So now I am going to pick parts of your appeal and explain the outcome.

I doubt 12 years old kids will be able to go to their parents and ask for GTA.

Many children get bought many games you would be surprised. 

Many 12 years olds are not on the computer playing GTA at 00:30 either but according to your story your little brother was 

so I proceeded to ask what he had said to the mod. "Nothing, I just walked away."

This is where your "brother" lied to you. The staff member asked how old your brother was who then decided to ask us why, which is when the PEGI rule was stated to your brother who then decided to say "don't worry, I will play another server" and logged off. Didn't exactly give us chance to dig deeper into the situation and basically confirmed to us that he was indeed below the required age. He also had plenty of time to state he was playing on his brothers computer and chose not to.

You are correct we do and we get many people state the same as you just now.

Now since your little brother has access to your computer and can easily load up fivem and play on our server which is something we can't control who logs on your computer or not the PEGI ban will remain in place.
