In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: Hi there,
I hate to be back here again but I am completely certain this is from a long long time ago. I have been banned for money transferring and I believe it was from a cop character to a civ character. The last time I played cop was around January 2022, so I think this is where the ban has come from.

Why should we unban you ?: I understand this is a serious rule break but it was a long time ago when I first started playing again in this community. I was stupid and have grown a lot since this has happened. I had completely forgot about this money transfer and understand why the rule is in place. I hadn't even realised I did this as I got banned shortly after this happened because I was banned from arma and then had to appeal my ban for fivem, after I did this and got unbanned for that and let back into the community, If I had even remembered that I'd done this I would've made a ticket to say that I'd done it but as it was such a long long time ago I had no idea until I logged on today to see I was banned.

As I said, I hate being back in this position, but it was a very stupid mistake when I first started playing. I would hate for a stupid action all that time ago to jeopardise my position in this community and would like to apologise for what I did and can assure it won't be happening again. Ever since I was let back into the community I've done my best to roleplay to the best of my abilities and to make the community a fun and better place not only for myself but for others.

Hi Liam,

Unfortunately yes, I am back again. When this incident occurred, I wasn't really playing the server much and was quite new to FiveM in general as I had not played it before. Being new and stupid, I had cop character that I knew I wasn't going to use so stupidly decided to take advantage of that characters money and transferred it to my main character. Looking back on it, this was completely idiotic. My only excuse for doing it all that time ago was I was new and didn't particularly know the rules all too well. With my experience on the server now, I would never think of doing something that stupid now. I have been back in the community and loved my time here, made tons of friends and have progressed my characters story extremely well.

I can assure you that I know the rules, and will always follow them. It is embarrassing that I even did this to be honest, all for the sake of 80k. I understand the amount doesn't matter, £1 is the same as £1m when transferring, it is rule break after all. I know where I went wrong, and my inexperience and negligence back then was what caused me to do this. With how serious I am about the server now, and how much I enjoy my time here, something like this will never happen again.

I understand that I have just come of a ban and how negative this looks, however this rule-break was from nearly a year ago, now whilst that doesn't excuse the rule-break in it self I will state its the reason I am back so soon after being banned.

Now this I can assure you was due to myself being fresh onto the server and not having obtained the most knowledge around the rules at the time and its why such rule break happened, I can assure that if I were to be unbanned as stated in my last appeal that I am here to better the server and allow other people to enjoy their time, and I am not here to be a serial rule breaker.

In a months time you will see no rule breaks from myself as stated before since my time on the server I have gained knowledge around the rules and would like to think I know them well since playing the server, and the reason for this rule break was again due to my own inexperience and own ignorance.

I am serious about the server and in the short answer to your question you will not see me here in a months time, I understand believing this comment might be hard as like you have stated I have only just come of a ban in the first place. I have no doubt in my ability to follow the rules and make sure the server is enjoyable for others like it has been for myself over the time I have spent playing here.

My aim is to carry on progressing my characters story lines, and making new friends whilst providing High Quality RP at every given chance, not to break rules and cause people grief whilst playing RPUK.

Whether this took place 1 month ago or 1 year ago matters none. A rule break is a rule break and your actions have concequences. However, considering this was a year ago I am going to go ahead and issue an unban on your person but simply put if you get banned again, even for the most basic of rules you'll be put back onto a permanent ban and your chances of returning are slim to none.
