In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: I was banned due to me getting shot by a pistol in the head and not RPing my injuries Also using information from one character to the other

Why should we unban you ?: I would like to start off this unban appeal by saying that im truly sorry for my actions that it was completely unacceptable and honestly a huge mistake on my behalf
i would like to address the G3.5 situation first of all i would like to say when i was playing on the character Lee Harris it wasn't my intention to go to the triads . It was purely coincidental how i ended up talking to the Triads and making conversation . how is started when i met the triads on the Lee Harris character i was in the near by area when i realised my thirst and hunger was at a really low point i made the quick dissection to go to little Soule gas station and grab a smoothie or just grab some food in general . judging by them being in a group 5-6 wearing simular clothing (red) i asked them where would i go about finding or buying a gun while i was buying food (due to me recently winning 400 k in the casino.) this was my only intent which was to get food .

With the NLR i just got revieved by NHS where someone punched me so i retaliated with me killing him When i was pulled up onto the rooftop to discuss my actions with an admin he cleard it up to me and i now know for next time , i instially thought of the rule that if i get hit once just been revevied that i could retaliate in self defenece making it not a rule break the reason why this action was wrong was bc i wasnt forced into any sort of combat making it compeletly unacceptable

For me not RPing my injuries this was just a huge mistake and i take full accountablity for it and i can insure if u ever give me the chance to be allowed in this server again i can assure u this will never happen again . Looking back at this situation i can see why i could completely ruin peoples RP / experience and im honestly really really sorry if it did . I can reasure u that if i ever get the opertunity to rejoin this comunity that this will never ever happen again

having this month off it has really been an eye opener to me and has made me realise how good of an RP server this is ,Thank you for considering my appeal and taking the time to have a look .

The amount of effort that you've displayed in this appeal isn't sufficient enough. I could deny it, and make you do it all over again but I'll be nice.

I was banned from RPUK due to not RPing my injuries, using information from one character to another and also for the new life rule. (NLR)
(G4.4 , G3.5 , G4.5)

Why should we unban you ?:

Firstly, I want to apologise for the continued bans and warnings. I know I have been far from a role model member of this community. This is my first RP server and it's been a steep learning curve. I made more than my fair share of mistakes as I get caught up in the moment and do not think about the consequences of my actions and how they will affect others RP.

I know this is not my first ban but it is my first perma ban. During this time I have spent time on lots of different servers and none of them feels like home quite like rp uk does. I have found this time away from the server devastating as I have missed out on so much and not been able to spend time with my friends.

My time away from the city made me realise how much my roleplay can affect others' RP and I want the chance to show what I have learnt away from the city.

I want to address the issue surrounding G3.5. Firstly, I would like to clarify that when I was playing the character Lee Harris, I had no intention of associating with the triads. It was purely coincidental how I ended up talking to them and engaging in conversation. 

I was in a nearby area and realised that I was thirsty and hungry. So, I made a quick decision to go to the Little Soule gas station to grab a smoothie or some food. When I saw the group of 5-6 people wearing red clothing, I asked them where I could buy a gun, while I was buying food. I only intended to get food as I had recently won 400k in the casino.
Secondly, with the NLR I just got revived by NHS where someone punched me so I retaliated by killing him. When I was pulled up onto the rooftop to discuss my actions with an admin he cleared it up to me and I now know for next time, I initially thought of the rule that if I get hit once just after I have been revived I could retaliate in self-defence making it not a rule break. This action was wrong because I was not forced into any combat making it completely unacceptable for me to kill the attacker.

Lastly, when I did not RP my injuries this was just a huge mistake and I take full accountability for it. Looking back at this situation I can see why I could completely ruin people's RP/experience and I'm honestly really sorry if it did. I can assure you that if I ever get the opportunity to rejoin this community this will never happen again.

On the point of my previous bans and warnings: 

My first ban I can't recall but I believe it involved the police and want to apologise to them as I have not done good role-play with them. This is something I want to remedy as soon as I get back into the server and not just do the standard practice of using police as a vending machine.

My second ban one of my friends had been robbed which I witnessed and then started following them. I didn't think about how I could get my friend out of that situation and put myself in an unrealistic situation where I was essentially throwing away my life. At the time I did not think about my actions. I will fix this issue if I get the chance to return to the community.

My third ban was another stupid mistake about me not thinking about my actions and not wanting to lose my gear. I have learned that at the end of the day, it's only a game and I need to be better at accepting the losses.

Overall, I just want to say that I have learnt from my mistakes by rereading the rules and broadening my experiences in other cities so that my RP will be at a much higher standard if I am allowed to return to the community. Thank you for allowing me to rewrite my appeal and not denying it straight away to December.

I appreciate your response, I can see that you are desperately wanting to return to RPUK which is really nice to see. 
The one thing I've picked up on the most, is your "third ban" being G4.5! You've stated here that you had made a mistake and didn't want to lose your gear.
At the end of the day, this is a roleplay server and that attitude displays a win/loss mentality of the situation which is not something we are looking for here, we'd much rather players prioritize the situation and roleplay.

You had been picked up by a medic, 19 seconds after reaching your feet were already swinging a fire axe around at other players which was far from roleplay your injuries. 

What is your plan if you're able to return to RPUK?

Good Morning @Danoo Would like to say thank you for the quick response and thank you for reading my appeal.

Following up on your response, I now fully understand a win-lost mentality to a roleplay server is not the right mindset to have and should be striving to insert myself into the character, examining each situation as if it were real life I can reassure you that this stupid mistake with never take place again. Making the scenarios enjoyable for everyone should be my main goal.

I would just like to mention I'm passionate about this server, and I'm reasonably new to RP life as a whole. I made a stupid mistake which I truly regret and I can assure you all that this will not happen again nor will I ever put myself in any predicament like this. I have found my home here in this city and it would mean the world to me to be re able to fly back in to continue my journey. 

my plan to return is to create fun enjoyable RP experiences for all people involved and to be a well-known supplier to the whitelisted gangs of the city this includes selling bullets armour and other things that they might need and that I can get my hands on and later down the line to maybe even join one of the said gangs .

Just wanted to say thank you for allowing me to create an appeal and to show that I'm determined to return and carry on my RP story.

Lee Harris was created on 30/08/2023 and 20 minutes after creation is already involved with the gang of Jack Jones.

Please tell me what the plans now are with Jack Jones & Lee Harris.
As you're well aware you were banned for character separation between the both of these characters, so once you return where will your story pick up?

Good afternoon @Danoo,

I would like to thank you for the quick response. 

In regards to Lee Harris being involved with a gang associated with Jack Jones:

I previously stated in my reply to Liam that my initial intent was just to get some food and drink. While doing so I asked some questions about getting a gun but I can honestly say I was not trying to bring any knowledge from my other characters.

Overall, I can understand if you believe I was using information from other characters. I honestly was not trying to do so and will try to steer my other characters' roleplay towards people I have not interacted with before.

In terms of where my story will pick up from, I don't think there will be a future for Lee Harris, instead, I will be focusing on improving Jack Jones and potentially making a mechanic shop or working at one. I also intend to join one of the more major/whitelisted groups in the city to work towards something bigger.

When I try using another character I believe following a different path would broaden my horizons and improve my RP. You might see me as PC/EMS or G6 when the time is right to start on a different journey.

I appreciate the effort you've put into your responses and I'm glad to see that you've been consistently trying to get yourself unbanned here.
Personally I am looking forward to seeing the roleplay you've got lined up for Jack Jones.
Before your ban, the roleplay standards you held were not top tier to say the least, especially with simple things such as roleplaying your injuries.

I am happy to give you another chance on the server to prove yourself, I hope you come back with a positive mindset and actually prioritise the roleplay scenarios which you are involved in.
Any ban you receive on the server now within the next 6 months will lead you straight back here, the chances of us then wanting to entertain another appeal from you would be very low so please don't mess the chance you've been given up!
