Why should we unban you ?: because i didn't mean to your aloud to do it in another city and i still have the money if u want to take it off me and im new to city and when i looked at rules i didn't see that

How do you not mean to transfer items between characters? Seems very intentional to me.
Regardless, you should've read our server rules as they clearly differ from previous servers.
