Im really sorry to be a pain in the ass but Ive just tried to log onto teamspeak and I am still permanently banned.

A quick google search would have told you all you need to know...

Open TS > Press CTRL + I > Press "Go Advanced"

The "Unique ID" is what we're after.

 
@powellpoke06 That ID is not on the ban list, your IP which we can see is not on the ban list and no trace of Techno or kylek.p

Are you sure you are connecting to ts.roleplay.co.uk ? Please take a screenshot of the ban message
