Why do you think you were banned: I logged out after a character death before the respawn timer had expired. (Everyone had already left the scene, and i was not going to be found in the ocean)
Why should we unban you: I didn't realise that this was not allowed within the context it occurred in.
I was flying out for the night regardless as i have done before when ive incapacitated myself in cars before, and just decided to deal with Pillbox / respawn when i fly back in.

The RP Scene was over, and played out so i thought nothing of it.

The rule i broke was Combat Logging.
This is never a rule i would knowingly break, its a cheapskate exit strategy used by cowards who are too intimidated or scared to fully play out a scene, and dont care about anybody elses experience.

Like i said in my appeal, i didnt understand that what i did was considered a combat log, as the scene was over and everyone had already left the area.

Surely, you've read our rules before you joined the server?
So, you'd now combat logging isn't allowed, and still proceeded to do it?
And, did it not cross your mind at all that what you did was wrong?

I have absolutely read and understood the rules. I wasn't aware the ban process was automated, as with context of the situation the "combat" that i logged out during was well and truely over.
With context of the situation i was in, unless NHS had a deep sea recovery team, even if i had let the timer get to 00:00:00 i was not being revived, which is the only reason i thought nothing of logging out, and continuing my New Life when i logged back in the next morning.

I fully understand and appreciate how what i did was incorrect.

It is by no means an excuse however i was tired at the time and just wanted to go to bed.
I have previously logged out when incapacitated after getting into a RTC, and so i thought nothing of it given the context of the scenario.

I do not, and will not ever justify or commit combat logging which impacts another individuals RP.

I think you have demonstrated you now understand the rule.

I see no reason to keep you banned longer.
