Hello. 
Whilst we appreciate your interest in our server, unbanning you would unfortunately make little sense, as you're still not 18 years old - You would still be in violation of the same rule. 
Unban appeal regarding PEGI bans will not be considered for significant time from the date the ban is issued, this is also stated in our Community Rules. 

Your ban was not issued for PEGI however, as you've stated yourself - you were banned for 'Illegal Client', meaning you were caught using cheats at some point in time.
We do not unban cheaters, so in your case the 'significant time' has unfortunately been increased significantly more...
