In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: I'm unsure as to why my character was banned honestly. It says G9.2 which is willingly giving away/selling EQUIPMENT as a medic/firefighter character

Why should we unban you ?: As of recent, I've not even been playing my medic character and have little to no hours within the past month or two which makes this even more confusing. I'm very unsure as to why this has even come up as my medic character has never gave stuff away to players willingly out of the armoury. I wouldn't put myself in a situation where I could receive another ban as I try to stay out of any grey areas and do my best to stick to all the rules on the server. I already thought I resolved the issue with Blake in a TS call as he said the items in question weren't given away at all and were in "Wiz Adams" my medic character's house storage. They were never intended to be given away at all.

There was no real reason behind this, just for personal use maybe later down the line for my character and as stated in the rules there's nothing against taking stuff and putting them in your houses. If you look at the logs and see what was taken from the locker room all the items were there in my house. I did not willingly give away or sell items to anyone on the server as the items were sitting in my house for over a month I'd have thought that would be quite clear to see through logs

Like I said before I am not one to actively break rules and would regard my roleplay to a decently high standard being right hand of Ballas and being a business owner on the server for over 6 months. I wouldn't jeopardise my chances of being on the server and try to tread even more cautiously as my past 2 bans for NLR happened around 3 months ago and did not want to end up in the situation I am in now

These are the items inside my house and were in my house for well over a month as you can see from the dates^ The police raided my house in game which I later found out and was dealt with in RP which is why I'm very confused to why I was even banned in the first place. 
If I am wrong in any way I hold my hands up to what I did but to my knowledge storing items in your house and leaving them there is not against the rules. The rules would have been broken if those items weren't in my house and were given to other people on the server either through me willingly giving them away/selling them to other players.

As a member of the NHS you get a certain level of trust from us and yes, as you say with your other characters you are quite invested in your characters and they are known on the server quite well.

So you say you may have plans on the server for this character with these items but barely play that character?

Also, its not the first time you are using something to gain a personal advantage is it? the blood delivery exploit you used a year ago. Why do you seem to use your job/position to do things that only benefit you when you are in a role to benefit others?

I DID have plans for this character. I have recently left the NHS due to the fact I've been penalised OOC instead of what i thought would be a good RP situation. The reason I was neglecting my NHS character is because Jambo was banned along with a few other people in Ballas and we've been rebuilding ever since. I see no reason for my ban for exploiting to be brought up here as storing items in your house still IS NOT breaking any rule. I could understand if those items weren't found in my house but they were still there for over a month after I put them there.

As you say, I was in my NHS role for over a year and have had hundreds of hours helping people on the server and you bring up the one time I made a mistake which was around a year ago now and which has nothing to do with the appeal (G9.2).

Like I said before, the RP behind it was never to gain a personal advantage and I don't appreciate you saying I only ever play that character to gain a personal advantage as that only happened once and was dealt with a long time ago which I completely regretted and never did again.

The reason behind me storing items in my house had nothing to do with GIVING AWAY or SELLING to any other player on the server which is the rule break you claim I've broke here and still unsure to why I am banned if I didn't actually break that rule

Your previous always has to be brought up, your past bans are the reason you have had to have a permanent ban as you had your 7 day ban only 5 months ago. 

I will be unbanning you as of now. Please going forward think about what your doing, if you have good RP storylines then ask staff about it, tell them your ideas just to see if its crossing any lines then we never get to this stage were at now.
