Unban Appeal for Pinkskyxx

In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: I was banned on 14/02/2023 for combat logging. At the time NSC were in ongoing conflict with Grove and on the day of my offense there was a fight at the beach front parking where I had machine issues which forced me to reset my device and log back in.
For whatever reason, when I returned I had spawned at my previous spawn location which was Vespucci PD and not at the beach location where I had originally quit the game.
When I had returned it appeared the situation as the beach had ended and I made no attempt to contact any Grove members which resulted in my ban.
As for why I didn't contact Grove or make a staff ticket at the time, it simply had not crossed my mind.
I know this is not a good excuse and doesnt excuse what I done in general as I had a similar issue a few days before and raised a ticket with staff who told me just make sure I speak to staff again in the future so I should have known better.
I didn't avoid contacting to save my items, or at the time I didn't think so but if I am being honest I probably thought that because of the previous issue, that it wasnt my fault so I shouldn't have to do anything about it but again, this is not the right mind set to have and I know I need to ensure that I rectify any situation like that as although it could not be helped, it changes the outcome of the situation and effects roleplay for all involved, not just me.
As for how I ended up back at Vespucci PD when I disconnected/reset my machine at the Beachfront Parking, I cant say. A friend thinks that because of how the connection ended abruptly the server didn't get to save my last known location and defaulted back to the previous one that it had. Wether or not that's the case, I have no idea.
Why should we unban you ?: I would like the oportunity to prove to staff and others within the city that this was a one off and will not happen again.
I was told on the report that I could put in an appeal before the 1 month cooldown and staff would make a decision on wether or not I had to wait or it would be dealt with there.
At the time of the report I tried to defend my actions as I genuinely didnt believe I had done wrong. After chatting with staff and some friends I now realise that what I did was combat logging as I was removed from a situation and didnt return which prevent the roleplay scenario from running its course and for this reason I decided to wait the 1 month cooldown time as I felt this was just in my case.
I hope you consider my appeal and accept my apologies to both staff and the members of Grove who were effected by this.
