Why do you think you were banned: Moving a gun from one character to another, by means of dropping it on the floor and returning to the same location on another character to retrieve the weapon.
Why should we unban you: Hello, thank you for taking the time to review my appeal. I really appreciate it.
I'd like to firstly apologise for my actions. I was banned because I transferred an item to another character, by means of placing the item on the floor and going back to the same location on another character to retrieve it. This was stupid, and I'd like it known that I am not proud of my actions in any way.
The rule is in place to protect the servers economy, and by doing this I understand that I have not only ruined the intended progression system, but also given myself an unfair advantage, when compared to others who are following the rules and working hard to roleplay a backstory, with the perk of the nice-to-have items when they deserve them.
To justify what I did, and I understand that this isn't a reasonable excuse, I took the gun from an old criminal character and moved it to my newer character to progress my journey a little further. I have been on the server for well over a year, and I know better than to do this. It was very early in the morning and whilst it's the same excuse that has been used countless times, I wasn't thinking properly.
I understand that I am still subject to the Fair Ban System, as per my previous appeal and hope that this does not impact my chances of returning to the server, as it has been a staple of my evenings since I started.
To ensure that this same mistake doesn't happen in the future, I intend to have one character per 'role' (rather than keeping 2 criminal characters), and will limit my playtime to that where I can provide high quality roleplay rather than 'get bored' and look for ways to avoid waiting to make progress.
I understand that there may be terms tied to my unban from the server, and I am willing to pay any price (non literally) to play again, as stated before RPUK is the staple of some of my evenings and I would genuinely miss a lot of the friends I have made during my time in Los Santos.
Once again, I apologise and thank you for reading my appeal. I hope we can repair our relationship of trust and move forward.
