Why do you think you were banned: Im not 100% sure as this was a while ago but I think I was chasing a criminal down on a pier and jumped in the water and drowned as forgot how to swim and as It was late and I was tired I decided to leave the server with an Alt-f4.
Why should we unban you: Firstly Thanks for your time reading this, I can only promise this was a genuine lapse of judgement and not with any malicious intent, I like to think I had a good reputation on the server beforehand as I like to spend time trying to RP with people as a police officer, I didn't really think about that it was a rule break before I did it as I was tired in retrospect I see that I should of just stayed around and let my character time out before leaving regardless of how tired I was, I will ensure this wont happen again.

Honestly I was told it had a 2 mo cooldown and then I got really busy with life as I was retraining into a different job and i moreorless forgot

You've been in this community now long enough to know that logging out whilst downed (In an active RP scenario) that you'd grab yourself a combat logging ban.
After logging out, you made no attempt to make staff aware of the situation.

Overall, there is a huge lack of effort in the initial appeal and nothing that actually stands out.
