Unban Appeal for Paul Lennon
In-game Name: Paul Lennon

Reason given for your ban: c1.2, c2.3, G2.4 & G4.4
In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: ok so id not been playing long, maybe 2 weeks on and off but me and my friend had finally saved enough money doing taxi jobs to buy ourselves a gun. After driving around for a while we were approached by about 6 guys in cars who killed us and stole our car, they took us to the docks and somehow revived me and demanded that give them our gun but I didn't and decided to fight them and not doing the correct RP and fearing for my life as they had higher numbers and weapons of their own also I failed to act my injuries. I think I also have a combat log ban reason but this is a misunderstanding as my computer crashed and i know how it sounds but i came straight back on as soon as i could (about 2-4 minutes later) and thankfully that guys who had robbed and killed us were still there, i explained this to this to the admin who pulled me aside and he said he understands and will give me the benefit of the doubt. And the last reason which i am going to have to say that i still deny doing is saying a racial slur, after having been pulled aside by the admin and talking for a while about my situation he informed me that I had said a racial slur which I think he said it was the "N" word, my friend had said the word a few times in the whole ordeal because his character is black (and I assume you are allowed if your character is black as I have heard a lot of players including the players that were trying to rob us use this word and others) and in the confusion I think they thought I had said it which I know I hadn't as I would never.
Why should we unban you ?: I understand that I broke a few important rules and made the roleplay experience poor for all involved parties, but i please ask that you look at this from my point of view having grinded for hours doing taxi jobs around the map, finding someone to buy a gun off of and then just having a gang of people show up out of nowhere and kill us and start shouting abuse at us it was just a regrettable moment of foolishness on my part. Since being banned from this server I have tried playing a few other servers and am quite enjoying them at the moment, but I ask to be unbanned and allowed to come back to this server because my friend is still playing on this server and it just isn't the same playing on your own.
