In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: I was driving by life invader and noticed that there was police outside, so I stopped to have a chat, after being there for no less than 20 seconds, they immediately turned on me and started accusing me saying that I'd been up to something suspicious and started ordering me to get out of my car so I sped off in my car. I had just been fishing, I had a car full of fish and fish on my character and just wanted to sell them and go back to fishing but every time I would see police they would chase me. I parked up somewhere secluded and I called a member of the police department a n*nce over Tweedle after getting harassed by police for something I didn't do, he then made a comment in Global telling me to not call him a nonce, which i then responded telling him to not be a snowflake. I regret acting impulsively for something minor but when I genuinely didn't do what they were accusing me of and I'm getting blamed for someone else's actions, it wound me up.

Why should we unban you ?: Before this incident, I had always maintained a low profile that just used to RP seriously without causing any disruption doing average day to day jobs to get by. I have no previous warnings, I have never been in trouble with staff or other people up until this time. I accept what I did wrong, there is no time or place for what I did. I have had plenty of time to think about my actions and it will not happen again.

Just so I understand this right, You was fishing and went to sell your fish then to go back to doing the same thing however ended up at life invader to where roleplay was trying to happen and you got annoyed due to this that in turn caused you to break server rules? 

Is this something that happens often with yourself? 

How can we be sure that this won't happen again should you get into a situation you don't like?

I was fishing down by the south docks, I went to go and sell my fish driving through the city where I stumbled upon the police at life invader. I had no intention of disrupting RP, I wanted to talk to the police officers at the scene, as I was always friendly to emergency services. The situation turned hostile and the following events led to me getting banned, which I regret deeply.

I played hours and hours of trouble free serious RP, just to let myself down in this situation.

This is/was not a common occurrence for me, it was a one time incident and it will not happen again.

So how do we assure this doesn't happen again? 

Is this the only time you've acted in such a manner or is this the only time you've been caught ?

This was my first incident where I acted out of impulse and I swear it will be my last. I’m a laid back person so when I got banned because of what I did, I was in shock. I have played other RP servers without issue and this was my first ban. Mistakes were made and it will not happen again. 
I take full responsibility for my actions. I have had 5 months to think about the repercussions I caused when I did what I did. I realise that being just “sorry” isn’t enough and needed to think long and hard before asking for a second chance. If you forgive me, I will prove myself to be a genuine, respectful and decent member of the RPUK community.

Indeed it has been a while since you've made an appeal from the original ban. Can you please quote the rule that landed you here and explain in your own words why you believe we have such a rule in place?

On top of this have you taken the time to read the GTA and Community rules fully?

Morning Stuart, thankyou for replying. I'm sitting on the edge of my seat waiting for replies.

I have read through the rules carefully, I fully understand them and understand that there is no place for rule breaking at all.

Community rules - (C1.2) Discrimination - Do not express discriminatory or otherwise offensive views. This is no place for racism, religious hatred, ageism, sexism, homophobia, gender or disability discrimination.

Such rules are in place to make sure that everyone is treated fairly. discrimination or offensive views are toxic and shouldn't be expressed. We all have the right to be treated equally - regardless of our race, beliefs, age, health status or gender.

It's always a good idea to keep an eye on the appeals for when we respond to ensure we can deal with them over them being timed out ect. You was banned 6 months ago (Just over) and for what happened and your understanding of the rules I'll give you another chance within the community. 

This was your first appeal since the ban was placed so for myself it does speak some words that you did need to think about your actions before attempting to come back, I'll take you at your word that you will prove myself to be a genuine, respectful and decent member of the RPUK community.

Please don't let us down with this opportunity we are offering you and should you end up back in this section moving forth the appeals process won't be as easy next time.
