Unban Appeal for Pandahh_ 

In-game Name: James Handcocc

Server: GTA RP

Steam ID: 76561198236900032

Ban ID: I do not know

Reason given for your ban: 1.3 - 1.8 - 1.5 ( On the reason why i was banned on teamspeak all it says is the numbers there is no C, G or A and i cant join the server to see them because I'm not whitelisted)

In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: I was banned because I found a exploit to make a lot more money from the job I was doing and I was rightfully banned for it, but in my opinion I did not give out any money to other players whatsoever and I did not harm the economy. I am not sure which one out of these 3 (1.3 - 1.8 - 1.5) are for exploiting but 1 of the rules which i broke was (C1.8) Forcing or encouraging another member of the community to break a rule.) I did not do this.

Why should we unban you ?: This ban was nearly 2 years ago and I just want to play a good fivem server and would like to be forgiven and if the exploit is still a thing i can tell you exactly how you do it so you can try and fix it but it probably has been fixed. I am also banned on teamspeak and discord alongside the GTA RP

While we appreciate your honesty regarding the in-game exploit, this does not appear to be the ban you're currently appealing.
You've provided a picture of TeamSpeak, and the ban reason there is referring to community rules, unrelated to any in-game exploits.



-> (C1.3) OOC Abuse - Swearing at someone outside of roleplay with malicious intent, will not be tolerated.

-> (C1.5) Any attempts to harm or otherwise disrupt our infrastructure will not be tolerated. We take attacks and threats to attack seriously. We will work with the UK police and other law enforcement authorities and supply any evidence necessary to lead to a conviction. -Permanent ban.

-> (C1.8) Forcing or encouraging another member of the community to break a rule. 



With this in mind, does this refresh your memory of what may have led to this ban..?

Note that if you're appealing your FiveM ban, you'll need to do this separately. 

 
I cant really remember what happened i think the staff member which was dealing with me was being a bit of a dick so i said "im not telling you how i exploited". The staff member did also accuse me of using a client and stuff when the exploit was purely in game no additional things needed. But to be fair it was 2 years ago so i dont remember much

 
So, in terms of the C1.8 (Encouraging someone else to break rules), am I correct to assume this is referring to this person?

-If so, could you perhaps tell me more about this part of your ban?
 

 
I did not encourage or tell him to do anything, me and that person are friends and we found the exploit together. I have no idea why this was added on

 
Hello again, @Pandahh_

Since you gained money and assets unfairly, by taking advantage of an exploit rather than reporting it to our Staff Team, your character 'James Handcocc', character ID 5303, will receive a full character wipe. 

Meaning, anything that this character owns, will be deleted.

  • Bank account set to 0
  • Cash in hand set to 0
  • Inventory items removed.
  • Cars, Houses, Storage Containers owned, will be deleted permanently.
    |_ The only thing your character retains, are it's "RP memories", phone contacts etc.

With this in mind, I am prepared to give you another shot - I urge you not to waste this opportunity, as any bans within 6 months of your successful unban, will fall back onto a permanent ban.

Fair enough, at least you have some form of plan - hopefully it'll go accordingly, and you won't find yourself wandering about, doing things that ultimately landed you here, right? 😛
