Why should we unban you ?: Before I got banned I had made a new character in which I had a really immersive storyline in. This character had a lot of connections with other people in the city and I was eventually going to use her as my main character instead of Dave Davidson. I know I have a history of bans but I have matured since then and I with the experience I have had after putting more hours in to the RP community I know understand it better and I can understand how I ruined the experience for others and ruined their immersion. I wish to get back to RP UK and continue my storyline as Davina as I had made many friends with that character and a lot of other people really enjoyed the character too.

I understand that I have been banned many times before but I have I have changed my ways completely since. I understand how to RP community works and how I should interact with people. I have spent my time during my ban exploring other servers and learning how to immerse myself properly in the world of RP however none of these are as interactive as RPUK nor do they have a playerbase as dedicated as the one that has been built on Roleplay UK. and I believe the experience can only get better. I hope to see to improvements and new things that have been implemented in the server since I was banned.

To get this started, Walk me through your mindset when you decided to exploit, what made you think such an obvious rule break would be ok?

How are you going to show us that you're not going to continue to be one of those players that don't bother to read the rules and just collect warnings and bans until, well, they find themselves in your position now? I'd be interested to hear which rules you feel are most important to be aware of when you join our servers, have a look at the GTA RP rules.

Obviously I don’t think the rule break is ok . As I have probably said before I used to do things to try and gain advantage and not actually play for my characters story. 
 

I think the most important rules are ANY rues the ruin the immersion for people such as G1.1 , G1.2.

If I come back I will probably start using a different character as the one I normally use it the reason I get in to trouble. My character has no drivers license and about 300k in fines so everytime I get arrested I would get like 1000 months in jail therefore I used try and find anyway out of it.  I now realise this is my own fault and nobody else’s.  
 

I would probably start playing my other character as she already has some lore behind and a lot of people know her and she was a lot of fun to play shortly before I got banned.

As I said before these are the some of the most important rules as breaking can them can affect other peoples storylines and ruining immersion. If someone goes around killing people with 0 interaction and literally no motivation it just ruins the experience for everyone involved . There is no need to break these rules and most people who do break these rules are doing it just to be a dick.

As for you second question , I already stated I will probably move on the one of my other characters and expand upon their storyline as my main reason for most of bans stem from the fact that character I normally use has no driving licence and a massive back catalogue of unpaid which results in lengthy prison sentences therefore resulting in me trying to find any way possible to avoid these sentences sometimes trying to bend the rules which is ultimately what landed me here.

If I move on to move other character I will not have to worry about being stuck in prison all time which will then allow me to develop new storylines for my character and become more immersed in the city

It sounds to me like you are trying to find excuses for your actions and not actually taking accountability for the rules that you broke?

Talk me through the situation that led to your ban in as much detail as possible and what you think you did wrong in that situation and if you were faced with a similar situation now, what you would do differently.

I know exactly what I did wrong .  I was arrested and I glitched my way through the cell and then killed the officer with little interaction. So I was banned for RDM and exploiting. I told you I wouldnt be trying anything to escape anymore as its my own fault for circumstance my character is in and it will just end in another ban.

You didnt answer my full question, IF you were faced with a similar situation to the one that led to your ban going forward, how would you deal with it differently now knowing what you know.

Going forward I will re - read the rules so they are fresh in my mind and I am aware of everything. Also I find find ways to deal with situations within RP so I do not ruin the experience for others.

You have shown a complete lack of care for the rules, how can we even begin to trust you not to break rules going forth other than seeing you apologise on text in an appeal?

Its been a long time since I was last in the city however I have been playing on other servers and learning how to RP properly. I told you already I will change character and use my main character less as that character is the main reason of my the problems that causes bans. I know my record looks bad but if I was allowed to resolve most of these reports via voice I could have explained properly and I would not have had them. 

I honestly miss this city and I want to come back and redeem myself and change my ways.
