In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: Was just chilling with my mates in a car got tped and told that I said the N word to someone which I was clueless about at first as I hadn't said that to anybody then the lady said you had said it to one of your friends

Why should we unban you ?: Well I mean not saying it's okay to say what was said if that's true anyway this was a while ago so I can't even remember if I did say this but either way I didn't directly say it to another player I said it to a friend of mine who did say we'd known each other for god knows how long, I also said it whilst we were on our own away from any sort of RP situation or anything.

Also want to say I've been around the fivem community for around 4+ years now both RP and PvP and I've had some great experiences from my times within RP and want to be able to continue them on a server which I feel personally has a lot to offer

This was your first ban, it's a shame to see your first offense being C1.2. 

Here on RPUK we do not support any of this vocabulary, as it falls under C1.2, it's too much of a risk. 
(C1.2) Discrimination - Do not express discriminatory or otherwise offensive views. This is no place for racism, religious hatred, ageism, sexism, homophobia, gender or disability discrimination. - Permanent ban.

That doesn't excuse you saying it, period,  the rules are clear on paper here in regards to the above. 

Why are you planning on coming back? 
What is it that makes you want to come back?

I know it doesn't excuse it and I did say "not saying it's okay" Because I know its not but I also do feel that although yes doesn't mean it's alright and although in some peoples views it is seen as okay it was taken heavily out of context as it's not discriminatory towards my own friend who has no issues with it but yes as mentioned its not okay but at least understand the context a bit, Hope you see the viewpoint I tried to make at least

I feel there's a lot of RP to be offered and I feel I can also make the server a whole lot more fun with the plot I intend to bring

I do believe you've learned from the situation that you put yourself through, and I understand your situation and context, I just need to make sure that such language, or vocabulary, isn't a repeat offense in the future. 
Like I said you've a very clear record this being your first ban, I do hope there won't be any other mess ups, shall we call them. 
I do hope this is a one time situation and it won't happen again. 

Obviously for the next 6 months you will be on a Fair Ban System, which means any ban you might collect will automatically be permanent.

I like your mindset, as long as the RP is good, who minds if we get robbed, right?

And I have learned from the situation and it won't happen again and you can hold me to that 

and regarding the fair ban system completely agree

And Owen Gambino is always a mysterious person all I should say is people may want to start fearing this character who is going to rising up real soon, Starting of as a getaway driver and someone who makes people dissapear to eventually running his own Mafia
