Unban Appeal for Owaj

Reason given for your ban: C2.3 Combat Logging
In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: I was banned for Combat logging but that wasn't the case at all. I was quite literally just chilling on a bike I had robbed from an NPC on the street, killing time waiting for my friend to come out of the hospital. It was pretty late at night so it was just the two of us on out of all our friends. My game suddenly crashed (or my steam closed I am not entirely sure, regardless i was kicked off of the game), whilst I was riding around near the casino. I thought nothing of it and took it as an opportunity to go to bed as I did not want to wait in the queue again, I figured I could just carry on tomorrow.
Why should we unban you ?: Here people would normally say that whatever thing they did wrong wont happen again and that they are terribly sorry etc etc. But what happened was truly out of my control and to be honest my game crashed fairly often due to my pc not being the greatest.
I played on that server quite a considerable amount considering the short amount of time I had discovered it. I was influenced by my friends to get on and start playing as they are always banging on about the cool things they are doing on the server.
Baring in mind this is my second experience with GTARP, first being CMG. I can admit that I am not 100% educated with the rules, I had one altercation with an admin about metagaming, he could hear me communicating through discord with my friend whilst roleplaying. Therefore he pulled me on it and I apologised and it never happened again.
The main reason I would like an unban is that the game has longevity to it, the server mimics Real-life unlike most of the other servers according to all of my friends. Its a real grind to get higher up and more powerful and that's what i discovered I liked the most about it. If I am to be unbanned just know I will continue playing how I was and will cause no headaches.

Extra Note, in my month cooldown of appealing I have been playing other cities and have learned the importance of not combat logging or just breaking rules in general. I would love to be given a second chance as I have spent a lot of time learning and understanding the rules. I will not cause anymore problems. Lastly I apologise again.
