Why do you think you were banned: (G1.2) Random Death Match (RDM)
Attacking another player without engaging in any form of quality roleplay is considered RDM. (eg. Giving enough time for them to comply with your order. “Put your hands up or I will shoot” and countdowns are not considered quality roleplay, please at least attempt to create an interesting roleplay story before considering violence.) I was banned for RDM as we was robbing cutlass at bins & one of them ran off & then a couple minutes later a bike came in & I asked him to get out of car, but he was on a bike (English isn’t my first language I still struggle with English sometimes) & he was gonna drive off so I shot him I completely panicked and now looking I shouldn’t of shot I should of roleplayed before any actions
Why should we unban you: Hello to who reads my appeal, I was banned due to RDM I know I have recently been unbanned and I am so thankful to be given that chance & now I have gone and fucked it for myself & I deeply regret that, it was never my intention to break the server rules as I love this server, I have made many great friend & enjoy my time playing this server, it was genuinely a misunderstanding I panicked in the situation as I thought we was gonna get swarmed by cutlass English isn’t my first language so I was jumbling my words I said “get out car” but I was meant to say “get off the bike with your hands up” I thought he was gonna drive off & I just panicked and shot, I know RDM is a major rule in this city and it is not to be broken & I respect that the rule is in place, I have my friends clip of the situation & you can see one of them runs off that’s why I panicked, I never should of panicked and I’m so sorry for that, I know you probs don’t wanna give me the time of day & I understand if you don’t but I genuinely didn’t mean any harm by this I didn’t mean to do it I hope you can even give me the time of day to argue this appeal because I’m deeply sorry from the bottom of my heart! I have spoken to my friends & gained solid RP advice from them & I know no matter how tense the situation gets don’t panic shoot or anything like that, they have been guiding me through situations on what to do & what not to do! I appreciate you reading this appeal & I hope I can get unbanned & I will be staying away from situations like that for a while.in the clip you can see him drivin the bike at the end and i thought it was the first person who ran away is there any way you can prove he is a member of cutlass as i believe he is a member of cutlass.

You've not long come off of a permanent ban - you were only unbanned 20 days ago.

To see you back here is disappointing.

Because of this, I feel you need to take some time away from the server - do not appeal again until 13th February 2025.

Given what happened in your last appeal, I'll make my next point quite clear - do not DM staff asking about your appeal, do not open an appeal before the above date, do not try and discuss your ban in any public avenue. I'll trust you to read and familiarize yourself with our unban appeal process. Violate it in anyway, and I'll extend your ban cooldown significantly.
