Hello and thanks for taking the time to read this appeal. Earlier today my Forum Account was Permanently Banned and thus I have been somewhat segregated from the Community. I would like to start by saying I think this is wrong and greatly impacts my ability to be part of the Community which I have been for a very long time.

I am aware there was an issue regarding my most recent Warning Point, which although I can understand, was given for a minor issue that I feel shouldn’t be a contributing factor to my Permanent Ban. I have a lot of love for Sea Lion with him being a fellow Kavala-ian and was sad to see he had been banned. Now, as you can see from the time stamp it was rather early, and I was with friends so I admit it wasn’t the smartest move, but we just wanted to let Sea Lion know people were on his side and had the support of his constabulary.

I am aware of the warning points against me, however the majority of them were for minor incidents which happened a long time ago and I feel realistically these should have been taken off. (I accept there may be some that could stay on).

It is come to my attention that my permanent exclusion from the Forums is due to the fact I had “Message me if u want someone rdmed.” On my profile. This is clearly some light hearted banter and not meant to be a legitimate callout to other members of the Community. I’m also aware of the language that is present on my profile and would be more than willing to modify my Profile information to replace this with more appropriate language. Again, this was just for a laugh between friends because I saw it as my own “personal space” that I could make my own, it was not meant to upset anyone or be hurtful to others.

In conclusion. I understand I have a good amount of Warning Points, however feel these were for minor issues and the Warning Points should have effectively cleared by now as I have gone quite a while without further problems, until very recently which was simply commenting on an Un-ban appeal in support of a friend and a good Officer in my Constabulary. I’m not saying I am beyond the rules and I feel it is fair I received it, I am simply stating that I was not verbally abusive to anyone, threatening etc and as rules go, it wasn’t a major one.

The problem with the action taken is that realistically I am still a part of this Community. I have mates here and I am usually with them daily on the Server. By Permanently excluding me from the Forums you are actively segregating me and making it extremely hard be a part of the Community. The Forums are a big part of it, being able to have a laugh and talk to others who I usually wouldn’t have the opportunity to, as well as being able to see what is going on with the Server and Community. I would also like to point out that although there have been minor altercations on the Forum I have been a positive influence on the Community. I feel that can be seen by my climbing of the Ranks in the Police to the rank of DI. This is an important Rank and to be able to do it properly I must be able to actively communicate with Officers within my Constabulary. Permanently banning me goes against this and could hinder my performance as an Officer.

I have unbanned his forum account @The Riddler I want to know more about whatsapp and more about the protest that happened.

Also its fair to say this guy is Toxic to the forums and has been for a good year now, Some of the stuff he has said i am sure he wouldnt in real life so we need assurances he will change going forward before we even consider it.

I'm not sure what you exactly want to know but ok. First of all I was banned from the forums for something on my profile which has been there for over a year and an excess of warning points I'm guessing. Senior police then demoted me to SGT a few days later so I decided to leave. I said in a senior police whats app that you was the one responsible for my demotion because someone asked why I was leaving as it says on the warning point you put on my profile that you would be feeding this to the seniors about my position in the police. You then messaged me on ts accusing me of dragging your name into it and causing drama. I even confirmed that you apparently was the reason for my demotion by neo as I asked him was the demotion because of the stuff on my profile.

In regards to the "protest" there was never one. I never pushed anyone to leave the police or leave in such numbers. They decided to leave because of the harsh treatment I got and the general attitude towards what happened. Some had different reasons obviously. I went from DI to SGT and got permanently banned from the forums for a one line joke and encouragement on an unban appeal so they were unhappy like me. They also all left around the same time because I believe CI Liquid and other remaining members of the Kavala command approached fuel about leaving and he replied that if they were going to leave they might as well all leave at once. They offered to stay in the police whilst a replacement was found. Bear in mind they left before you put in the one weeks notice rule so a few of us, including myself and Cam who was community banned for his comments about the matter, were annoyed with your resignation posted on behalf of Liquid, a longstanding member of the community and the police, labeling him as having "paperthin" loyalty.

This combination of things made some of us very annoyed and I even spoke to Ciaran about this to see if it could be resolved and try and get Cam's community ban lifted as he only posted his opinion and was never aggressive but just posting his thoughts on the matter. I was then community banned later that night for causing drama in the whatsapp I mentioned earlier.

There's obviously two sides to a story but that's it from my perspective. As for my toxic attitude I have to disagree with that, the things I have posted on the forums in the past around last year were unacceptable but recently I have only posted the odd joke and encouraged sea lion, an officer in my constabulary at the time good luck on his unban appeal.

There must be some mix-up with the first situation, I would never advise the police to demote someone, i will of course advise them of any issues of the interest of the community, Any action taken towards that advise is action of the Police seniors for something you have done yourself, Theres no one to blame there other than you.

You may not think that they left because of you but in so many words you have pretty much confirmed it there, If they think its harsh treatment then they need to take a year long look at all your posts and consider your warning points, the fact you posted what you did in a Police seniors whatsapp was unacceptable and just contributed to that situation.

I believe it is paper thin loyalty, do you understand that all those people of higher positions all leaving on the same day without a replacement does nothing but unsettle the police but also the entire server, I have seen community s close down for such walkouts, I don't mind people leaving and from further investigation there wasn't really much help from the police seniors in controlling the situation as well, They have since put a new common sense restriction in place for people who take up these higher positions to stop people trying to unsettle a server in the future.

You must understand Ciaran is the head developer now here, He simply hasn't got the time to get involved, Cam was clearly told it was nothing to do with him and not to get involved yet he ignored me on the front-page of the forums, how else do you think that will end ?

I think there is a lot more to it than this, But i am able to move my suspicions aside and give you one last chance, however please note any warning points you pickup will end up in a community ban, People are here to have fun, unwind and enjoy there spare time please remember this.

If you understand and accept the last chance ill process the unban right now, if not then thanks for choosing us over the last year and good luck.
