Very well. Going off that I'd assume you have taken the time to read both the GTA and Community rules fully at this point as you have been banned a few weeks so far. I will give credit where credit is due and you have changed your tone since I have been responding and I do appreciate that. I will ask moving forth that you treat members of the staff team with respect like you would anyone else, Since being rude/snappy won't get you far in the long run.
With that being said, I will give you another chance to return based on how you have turned around in this appeal and I do hope moving forth that we won't see you back in this section again, As you have stated you have no intention on breaking the rules moving forth nor did you at the time. Use this chance wisely and enjoy your time back on the server!
