In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: I had a shootout with another gang and I got banned for metagaming as well as NVL.
Why should we unban you ?: I understand why I got banned for both offenses, after I was banned for the first time I was quite upset since I had been on the server for a while and had barely gotten in trouble with staff in such a short period of time. The NVL was clear on my part, I had a shotgun aimed at me and I still decided to pull out a pistol and fire back, thinking back on it, it was a pathetic attempt at keeping a pistol. Even though it worked out at the end of the situation, it cost me a lot more with me being banned from the server for over a month. If a situation like this was to occur again, I'd simply value my life and put my hands up.
Now as to the metagaming, when I did start my stream it wasn't meant for people to log on. It was more to brag about an opposite gang trying to push me and failing. I do however understand that while it might not have been my intention to metagame, it will most of the time still affect people that are not online and make them wanna get involved. I'll stop streaming on Discord as a whole since it will affect people that aren't on the server whether my intention is right or not.
I joined the community around May 2021 and I have always thought positively of the community, I’d like to think that people enjoy roleplaying with me and I always give my all to make sure people are enjoying their roleplay on the server. I don’t want a silly slip-up from me to not allow me to get on the server anymore. If you decide to give me another chance I can guarantee you that a mistake like this won’t be repeated. Metagaming is a rule break that I take very seriously, slip-ups like mine could change up other people's role-play storyline negatively due to information that should never have been brought in-game in the first place.
