In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: Metagaming and NVL. I can't say why I think I got banned, I believe I got banned for no good reason. I explained why it wasn't meta-gaming and there is no actual proof of it being meta-gaming. I don't agree with the NVL ban and I feel like staff members have different opinions on different situations.

Why should we unban you ?: Because I'm not guilty of what I'm being accused of, all the proof is in the video. I did not know that anyone was outside during the situation and I wouldn't have been able metagame it since they didn't know the situation was going on. And for the NVL claim, I literally pulled my gun out before he aimed his shotgun at me, not even that, I also explained how I could only see one threat at the time, and as more threats came along, I had to act on them as well. I guess for next time I'll just put my hands up whatever the situation if that's what's needed to not get banned (Not taking the piss). For the meta-gaming part, I don't know what to improve since there was no meta-gaming, just a staff fault there in my opinion. I appreciate you for reading this, I'd like to get back on the server since I haven't actually broken rules in my opinion.

So you have come into an appeal and from how you are presenting this is "I'm innocent, I've done nothing, You've made a mistake not me". This is a terrible attitude to come into an appeal with and overall a sure way to end up being denied right off the bat! 

In relation to the NVL and Metagaming it's from the same report and I'll link this below for you, I'll also link your own medal clip and shows you not valuing your own life! You we're told to put your hands up, Shotgun is aimed at you and I'd assume because you simply didn't wish to be robbed decided it was a good idea whilst the shotgun is aimed at you to pull a gun and shoot. This isn't smart and overall you cannot expect RP to go your way all the time. We all need to follow the RP and have fun, Not worry about losing a virtual item.  If you cannot even accept responsibility for your own actions then I'm not willing to offer you a chance to return at this time. 

Due to how you have come into this appeal I will be going ahead and denying the appeal and also be giving you a one month cooldown to rethink your own actions from what you did in this report and the previous to where you received a warning. You may appeal on or after April 12th 2023.
