In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: I was banned for breaking rule G2.9

Why should we unban you ?: There’s no excuse of why I broke it. Rules are rules and I should have read them better and used common sense while doing it and stopped for a minute and really thought about it. I should of just grafted like I have been doing for the past week instead of choosing the “easy” way which was against the rules, I very much enjoying, as sad as it is going to sound I feel very lost without this server I play to come and play it to meet new friends and do some serious RP and I really can’t get in to any other server. I can reassure this will never happen again. Staff I’m not trying to “pull” a fast one or one of those people who just want to cause trouble. I’m here for serious rp. While I’ll be waiting for a reply im going to be further reading the rules to make sure I don’t get banned again (if I do get unbanned). I’ve only done this the once yesterday. The cash in my inventory is what got me banned. I normally Graft taxi as I rent them out by Chris!

I play to come and play it to meet new friends and do some serious RP and I really can’t get in to any other server.

If you come to do some serious RP, why did you break G2.9? This flies in the face of RP and is almost the direct opposite

There is no excuse to defend what I done. I can see why it defines the point of serious rp, I guess I was just in my head a bit to much and got lazy I should have read the rules more thoroughly and clearly and again used basic common sense, I can totally understand the ban as i broke the rules,  I just really hope I have a second chance and to fulfill more rp for everyone and soon apply for whitelisted jobs etc.

After i got my thread locked i did ask phoenix how come, he mentioned and showed me what caused me to get locked for 3 days, And misunderstood what i posted was wrong. i thought it meant if you said "bump" or kept spamming out the thread. i  now know i should of just edited the original post or better yet wait until you guys has replied. and i did apologise to phoenix about it, i wouldnt dream of breaking anymore rules i really want to get back to this server and carry on having fun! i will always regret breaking the rules and have no reason to break anymore rules!

So explain why you decided to transfer money between characters the real reason. I've done a bit of digging and can see you transferred the money being the main thing between your characters. This is a total of 9 other characters being made to get the money for your main character (Owen Mackell). I've had a look at the total value of this and you breaking the rules. The amount is £318,020. How can you even think doing such a thing would even be acceptable here or on any game for that matter?

As I don’t mind even doing “community service” applying for nhs etc!

This statement is a little worrying in a sense, Why do you think we have the NHS? How on earth would being in the NHS mean you are doing "Community service" Help me understand this logic.

There is no valid reason why I done it. There is no excuse. As mentioned in my original post I was being lazy and chose the easy way. I don’t know why I done it besides being stupid. This time banned has made me realise that I really enjoy the server and shouldn’t have done that I done. Back to the community service bit I saw on someone else’s appeal back in the arma days this was a think and for the same rule break 2.9. So I was only applying that I am willing to do what needs to be done to make things some sort right

Both games are vastly different overall and in all honesty wouldn't fit imo. Not like we can make you go and get a Hemmt of Apples or Oranges now (Might remember that from Arma also).

Getting to the core issue of why is important to one get a better understanding and two for you to show us if this will or won't happen again.

Of course I see where you’re coming from with that, I really only used the money to rent taxis and used to buy the baller I got. I still had over 100k I think I didn’t even touch into l igot banned.

On top of this can you please quote the rules you have been banned for and explain in your own words why you believe we have these in place?

(G2.9) Transferring money or items between your own characters is not allowed by any method.

This is in place to create a fair community and make sure people play to earn and dont use this above rule to get things "easily"

i wont do it again as i've been banned for awhile and i miss the server

So the only reason you wouldn't break this rule is because you have been banned a while and miss the server? How do we know you won't try and hide doing it or simply break another rule?
