Why should we unban you: I would first like to mention to the staff for taking their time to go through not only my appeal but the many others soon to come, i thank you for your time and dedication in listening to each of our cases and giving us this chance. I would also like for the staff, whether this be Stuart again or not, to re-read my last appeal and read Stuart's response, which I was very thankful for as it is a detailed response perfect for my understanding.

As stated previously, I believe that these 6 months were necessary, I truly needed a break to reset my mind and how I want Ollie Just to be within RPUK, as I recently realised my incentive was not rp at all but to simply engage in situations which led to me having a weapon in my hand and firing it upon others. In all honesty, I am disappointed with myself in how I turned out, with nearly 2 years on the server without a ban let alone a warning I was able to drop so far, however, these are what the bans are for, to take time and reflect on how we once were and how we can return to this community for the better.
Now to straight up answer "why should we unban you" I have 2 key areas that cannot be ignored. Prior to my downfall, I have never received a ban let alone a warning from any staff with nearly 2 years within this community. That alone must show you that people have "ups and downs" and do make mistakes, however, I ask you to not judge me on my one mistake, but on my thousand other successes in creating incredible moments within this community. However, I must admit that this one mistake is not a minor rule break, it is one of those that required a blanket ban with a 6-month cooldown, which due to further implications led to a 1.6 (which I will touch upon later), and therefore cannot be under scaled, but I assure you events like this with me myself only will not occur again. I will learn to be more careful than my previous self and always look to create enjoyable scenarios.
My second area is that you will not have to worry about letting me back into the server, this is evident as I have not been an issue until the last 2-3 months when my standards fell. However, I clearly see how someone with this great fall will be on your radar and that trust will need to be built back up over time as it was lost so quickly and painfully.
In my previous appeal, I seemed to brush over the C1.6 as I believed that this was simply to remove any strain of Alliance within the discord, however, I noticed how I fell under "involvement". The reason for the 1.6 was due to other members of Alliance posting videos within the RPUK discord, with a clear agenda of it being a fragging video. Despite my lack of involvement in disrupting the discord with the videos, I did provide my footage to be within those videos which had an agenda of being a "fragging" video, ultimately highlighting my indirect involvement. For this, I can only apologise as I understand that those on the outside new to rpuk looking for an amazing roleplay server, may be deterred by these videos which I can understand how frustrating it can be having the image you have built up destroyed by other parties.
One other thing that I believe will be important to my case is telling you what I will do with my Ollie Just character. Now I have been out of the server for 6 months, I'm assuming so much has changed, and therefore truly foreseeing my character's future would be near impossible, I have no clue whether Ollie Just still has contacts or people within the server to be with, however, assuming not much has changed, my character does have ties to grove who may or may not be welcoming due to the circumstances of my leave. I also have a group of mates who also have the "Just" name who I most definitely will try and contact to revive our small group in which we had everlasting hours of enjoyment. But one thing to definitely highlight is things have changed, there will be new people to meet, new groups, new shops new new new. Therefore who knows the direction I'll take, and who knows who will accept Ollie Just. I only hope that there is space for me within this community again.
To conclude, this is going to be a long read, and a long process for all the staff, I understand questions will need to be asked and they will need to be answered, however, what I can assure you is that I will respond to staff with honesty and as helpful as possible. I cannot emphasise enough my message within my appeal and how eager I am to join this community once again.
