In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: i was banned because i quit the game whilst being chased by the police

Why should we unban you ?: the reason why i think you should unban me is because i have learnt my lesson, i understand there are rules for a reason and shouldn't be broken. What i did was wrong and not only did i spoil the game for me, most importantly i spoiled the game for the role players who where in pursuit of me. I do apologies for this this will not happen again. After a while away from the game i have ensured that i've studied the rules and i'm ready to get back back into the sever be a great role player and have some fun

Why did you combat log? 

Can you explain what you have learned to help us understand what you mean by this please?

 
In all honesty I was just cured as it was late at night and didn't want all my inventory taken off me. I've learnt that you can't do this and you've put rules in place for a reason. As I mentioned in my previous statement not only did I spoil the game for myself but also for the other people involved and that's not fair. I've learnt my lesson and I'm prepared and looking forward to getting back into the role-playing and further more study the rules again to ensure no rule breaking will ever be done again

 
Are you sure you haven't combat logged before? Have a look at the rules for the rule number you've provided above and see what is classed a combat logging then answer this for me please. 

 
i'm sure i haven't combat logged before. I've looked at the rules, and from memory of the reason i was banned it was during a police chase that i quit the game which is exploiting as i wanted to save gear.

If there is another scenario of where i committed combat logging i do apologies as i cant recall or remember this.    

 
I've had a look previous and have found two other times from June 18th and June 21st where you logged out whilst being downed. Can you explain why this happened? I do appreciate your honesty on why you combat logged for this ban. 

 
Honestly, i can't remember the other times where you've mentioned I've combat logged. As they are logged there's no denying i did it, i can only think that it would be similar scenarios as the one i can remember. I do apologies for this, i have learnt my lesson and know that this can not happen again and will not happen

(C2.3) Combat logging - Logging out at any point during RP is exploiting. Some examples of this include: logging out during a firefight, being chased by the police, arrested by the police, while dead awaiting a medic, logging out in order to save gear, rage-quitting, logging out whilst restrained/detained. Punishment is a permanent ban. Staff can make an informed decision depending on if you’ve made an attempt to resolve the issue. We do suggest you attempt to rejoin the server and continue the roleplay (try messaging them with the mobile system first).

The reason you have this rule is to prevent people from quitting the game to save their gear or to avoid being downed. This rule also in place to ensure the role-play is being played out during the scenario. The rule stands for a reason because if one person does combat log they're ruining the game for the other players involved, we are all here to role play a character we have created and desire to be and this cannot be spoiled by someone simply quitting the game because they are either unhappy with the scenario being played out or simply want to save gear.

I want to assure you that this will not happen again, i always want to thank you for taking time out of your day to day life to give me an opportunity to explain myself and also thank you for giving me the opportunity to appeal this ban.

I hope you will accept this and allow me back into the server.

 
Since you have stated that you did combat log in order to save items in your inventory. Now I am happy to give you a chance to come back from this with a condition, Since you combat logged to save your items the condition will be to have everything in your inventory removed. Do you agree to this ?

No problem, The items you had in your inventory have been removed as per the my above message. As mentioned I am happy to give you another chance to come back, I would suggest reading up on the other rules both our GTA and Community ones before rejoining if you haven't done this already. It does seem like you do have a better understanding for the rules you we're banned for and that's a good thing! 

I do hope overall that you don't return to the appeals section moving forward and please don't let us down.
