Why should we unban you ?: Well i got banned 20 mins in the game, for reasons i didn't even do because i had no interactions with other players and I never use /ooc.

As mentioned in the ticket you made there was a player report that you said you looked over and the rules. You did break these rules and in turn why the ban was issued. Now when it comes to appeals overall, If you put no effort to the appeal in all honesty it will just end up being denied. 

I would highly suggest you go and read both the GTA and Community rules and also the report that got you banned before making a new appeal, Also add some more effort into the next appeal over "It was an accident or a mistake".
