Unban Appeal for Nihawwwww

In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: I was banned 6 months ago and my appeal was denied and i was told to reappeal on 20th December, its finally time for me to make my appeal
I was banned 6 months ago for common sense - C1.7
It started when i was at the casino gambling like always and a guy came up to me and ask for money to buy a new house, this was the time where new houses got released.
So i asked how much he said 200k or 190k, so i said if i win my next game i will give it to you,
So i win my game and bank transfer 190k (which i still regret doing after 6 months)
A week or two later i tried to log on and it said i was banned and the reason says speak to staff on TS.
So i spoke to a staff and i asked why im i banned, he said he is looking through it asked for my steam id etc and just said do you know why your banned i said no, he then said do you remember 190k i said no because i truly did not remember since it happened a week before, so then he said go and come back when you find out
I came back the next day after asking people that were in the casino/ with me at the time and they told me it was when i gave money to the house.
So i told the staff that and he said why didn't you say that yesterday and i said because i didn't remember, and kept accusing me of lying which is understandable.
After he said do you know why you got banned do you know what the guy did and i said no as i genuinely didn't and he still accuse me for lying.
I then spoke to another staff and he said the guy i gave money to started duping, and i was shocked.
So i understand why i was banned but totally had nothing to do with it apart from giving him money to buy a house.
I took the very long 6 months break to think and cool off and I'm ready to come back.
Why should we unban you ?: You should consider unbanning me as i think i played a huge part in the Roleplay community.
I took 6 months to think and cool off from being banned.
I was that character with a unique yellow mohawk, always going to the casino, known as the blackjack king always giving money when i win big.
Gave very high quality RP to other characters, had the skills to join Vagos.
You should unban me as i had nothing to do with the duping, other than give money to him, i didnt know he was going to dupe, or even duped at all, i didn't gain anything from it, i didn't gain money assets, nothing if anything i lost 200k and a whole 6 months.
Moving forward you should unban me as i have learnt my lesson in giving money out to random strangers and will not do it again especially that amount of money.
I am ready to come back and bring back Elijah Shadows
