Reason given for your ban: C 2.2

In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: Out of anger from losing all my money in the casino, my friend said I should do what he does by making new characters and just gambling the starting money till I strike it rich. Foolish of me and without checking server rules i assumed this would be fine as the option is there to delete and create a new character and I just went along in a roleplay sense of create 'brothers'. With these accounts I never exported any sum of money out to other players and i simply just got carried away and gambled till I went broke .

Why should we unban you ?: I have been a member of the roleplay UK city for over a year now and always brung a great RP character to the city and made lots of friends within this city. This mess i created from my childish desire to gamble within the city has definitely made me learn my lesson and I really wish I just read the rules. If I were to be unbanned I will bounce back within the city, self exclude from the casino and go back to having fun with my friends I made within the city. I am genuinely very sorry for breaking this rule and I realise this is just failing the RP aspect of such a great server. Now looking back I should of read the rules and controlled my anger over the casino and not lost control with my desire to gamble.

You've been a member of RPUK for over a year yet you really thought that continuously creating new characters and doing the same thing in hopes you 'strike it rich' was an intended feature?

I know I know, i took a short break out of the city and returned with a silly attitude and didnt really think about my actions, i told my self it would be fine and that was it. stupid mistake from me and i know i should of checked rules. i was banned about a week ago and since then i have really thought about my actions and do really regret what i done , i am very willing to return back with a new fresh attitude and never repeat this stupidity again.

 
My irl friend, even though he did put the idea in my head i still take full responsibility for my actions and I should have checked the rules. All he said was “ why don’t you just make new characters it ain’t against rules if the options there “ and foolish of me and without checking rules I just believed it would be fine to do it. Once again I really regret my choices 

 
Hi guys just wondering if my appeal is still ongoing, having this time away from RP UK it really has made me severely regret my choices and i can promise i will never do such thing again 🙂 .

Definitely not, after having the privilege of being able to play RP UK taken away I've realised the grind is worth it instead of being childish and exploiting. I pledge to you to return as a positive citizen to the city i know and love 🙂

 
You were talked to by a member of staff before your ban was placed and you kept on arguing, still thinking what you did was fine and completely disregarding what the staff member tried to explain to you. Is this a situation we will find ourselves more often in if we decide to unban you? If so, I might as well save staff the time and keep you banned... 

You also went on to bumping your appeal, which tells me you never read our unban appeal rules and also does not fill me with confidence that you have read and understood the rest of our rules. 

Convince me.

Hi Samantha, let me start with why i was arguing back against the admin who pulled me before i got banned. I was in denial that i had been caught and tried any petty arguments i could think of to try and save myself, once i had been caught i knew i had messed up and was in realisation that i had broken RP rules in the city, once again i severely regret this choice i made both before and after being caught.

As well as this i can also deeply understand why you would have second thoughts about unbanning me due to the bumping of the appeal and i understand but upon receiving my 3 day lock i took the time to read the unban rules as i didn't want any further locking of my appeal.

And finally Samantha i can promise to you i will never be found in this situation again, since my ban i've really missed the community in RP UK and feel ready to return with full new knowledge of the rules within the amazing city of RP UK and willing ness to bring a fresh mindset and a great addition the the community.

 
If we were to consider unbanning you, it would come with a wipe and deletion of all your characters. Completely fresh start. Do you agree to those terms? 

Also, I am still not seeing the name or steam ID of your friend, who told you to do this.

 
yes i agree to those terms, and my friend who i was talking about hardly influenced it and like i said before i take responsibility, all he really said was what if u just made a new character and i took this to the extreme.

it is completely my fault and I've learnt

 
At this point its not about taking responsibility. You can send the name/steam/discord to us in a ticket or somewhere private if you would rather.
