In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: I Believe I have been banned for the reason of myself taking money out of the ATM on one of my characters and then coming to collect it on my main character. I can then see what I have done wrong and fully hold my hands up to what I have done wrong and what I have done to get myself into this position.

Why should we unban you ?: First of all I'm going to thank the staff dealing with this request for your time,

I think In all honesty I should get a second chance on the server, this being because this is my first ever problem within the server with breaking rules and causing a problem with the admin/staff team. As well as this I have never had a report up against my name and always try to bring the highest level of RP to the people around me.

At the time of me transferring money from one character to another I didn't think much of it, until I had been banned and I now realise what a stupid thing I have done to get myself into this position I am now in, And I fully hold my hands up to that and understand what I have done wrong. After getting banned I have gone and re-read all of the rules to keep myself up to date with everything and with this can promise that nothing will ever happen again and I will always provide my best quality of RP in any situation.

I always try to bring the highest level of RP with my character Billy Delta and have never had a problem with anyone, with this I have spent many hours in the server and have being in the community a long time now and this is by far the best community I have been in, and I would really appreciate it if I got a second chance on coming back into the server, If possible I would like to keep the character if possible as I believe he had developed a name for himself and was providing great RP for everybody around him. But I do understand the consequences of my actions so whatever happens I will just be happy to be on the server again.

Firstly, I’m going to say thank you for your time replying to this. @George Harris

Yes, and I’m really annoyed at myself for doing it.

 I was going to create a new character for Halloween as I had got an idea, but mid-way through me doing this I just thought it would be a waste of time and I would prefer to focus on my main character (before the clothing update).

 I then was going to log off and delete the character I created, But as I was doing this, I then saw the 35k that was in the bank account and without taking the time to think about the consequences just emptied it out and came and collected it on Billy, I now realise how stupid I was to do this and have received the consequence of it.

Now getting the consequence and having been put in the situation I am in now, Looking back on what I have done I can’t believe how stupid I was to do this and regret doing what I did. But with this I do understand what I have done and how it can affect/damage the community with people getting money a way they shouldn’t be.

And I can promise nothing ever like this will happen again.

Right, well this really was a silly idea wasn't it? With the amount of money you have, to even bother transferring 35k between characters seems completely pointless. That being said, as punishment for this, we will remove 200k from your character. 35k for the illegally obtained money, and 165k as an "administration fee". Let this be a lesson that this kind of thing does not go unpunished. It should be stated that this "fee" is not simply determined by the amount of money moved, more a judgement call based on several factors. For example, if someone else moved 35k over, they wouldn't necessarily receive the same "fine"

With that all done, you ban will be lifted with a condition. Simply put, do it again and there is no coming back. Other than that, welcome back, be good and hopefully we wont have to meet again like this.
