In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: I believe I was banned because I was downed on a second character and left the game.
Why should we unban you ?: This all started when my first character Ali Goob had been jailed for 5000 months due to being raided, when this had occurred I decided to start a new character since I only had one and would have liked to start fresh and have fun while my first character was in jail and waiting to be released. After starting my second character I had gone down to the city, bought a car and some items from a shop and managed to pick lock a ducatti to ride on, the owner of the ducatti had then managed to kick me off it and get his gang friends to zip tie me and take me down into a disco spot while ziptied while punching me and mocking me.
After mocking me, I had decided to be the same back and that had led me to be downed and dumped in a discreet area behind vanilla unicorn. That was the build up to the situation that led me to being downed and logging out. I decided to leave the server when the RP had ended and the people that had downed me dumped me and left, I also had to leave and sleep because I had a early morning and needed to get some sleep for the early morning, although this is no excuse, I had started this second character with the intention that I would not have gotten downed and left the game peacefully without being in an RP situation. My thoughts and process when leaving was that when I would be next in I would wait it out but instead have come back to a combat log permanent ban.
This is my first time doing something like this because i know it ruins everyone experience within RP and how shit it can make the people within the situation feel because i have been through it but no one was in a situation of role play with me at the time of me leaving the server and going to bed. I apologize for my actions, it wont happen again. I initially didn't think of it like this because all i had thought about at the time was that i would carry on waiting the time in the morning and 're spawn'. I hope i will be unbanned to continue role play within the future as it is a very fun thing to do, especially to what extent certain things can be done in the city.
My time in the city has been really pleasing and I am waiting for a response from staff to further reply and hoping for a spot back within the roleplay server.
