In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: I feel as i was banned due to my friend transferring me the starting 35k and be keeping 10 and sending back the rest

Why should we unban you ?: I feel as I should be unban as this is my first offence on this game, which I shouldn’t have done however the amount I kept was so minimal (no excuse) that I don’t think it deserved a permanent ban. I wasn't thinking at the time but know thinking about it I understand how stupid it was really, Your guys server is the best around and the one I’ve most enjoy as you can see from my time played compared to other servers. Hopefully if I do get unbanned, I will promise to stick to the rules by having a good read of them and remain in RP character the entire time. Thanks and hopefully I’ll be back roleplaying soon.

Now I understand this may be your first offence on our server, however, you chose one of the rules that come with a permanent ban regardless of how "minimal" (in your words) they may be. 

 

Your guys server is the best around and the one I’ve most enjoy as you can see from my time played compared to other servers.

Yet you decided to break a rule that comes with a severe punishment, now I am not trying to make it difficult but I want you to see our side of things and see our point of view. 

 

I will promise to stick to the rules by having a good read of them and remain in RP character the entire time.

I am assuming since your application you've had a peak of our community and server rules?

I'd also like to ask you, why did you not read the rules beforehand? 


If you are to be unbanned any ban within the next 6 months will be permanent again and much harder to come back from. 
In the next reply, if you could quote me the rule you broke, explain it to me and why said rule exist. 

If you are successful in convincing me/other staff, please be aware that a wipe will be issued to your character.  

 
(G2.9) Transferring money or items between your own characters is not allowed by any method. This rule exist so that we as role player can’t exploit the starting money or acquire money from other characters and get money this way. Now thinking about it the rule makes perfect sense as it spoils the grind of roleplaying and the building up of your empire. I am aware of this rule and others so I will make sure it won’t happen again. 

 
So why is this something that didn´t come to mind at the time? 

Don´t you think the fact that there is different characters, with different names, DOB and inventories should have rang a bell and made you think?

 
It didn’t really cross my mind at the time because they money wasn’t transferred between my characters they were my friends but I realised I shouldn’t have been the middle man in this situation. 

 
An unban would come with a full character wipe. Would that lead you to try and min-max or are you going to take your punishment and do it properly this time?

 
Quote me the rule you broke and explain, in your own words, why it is in place and what consequences it would have for the server if it wasn´t.

 
G2.9) Transferring money or items between your own characters is not allowed by any method. The reason for this rule is to not allow a quick and unlawful way of getting money. This would ruining the flow and economic state of the city 

 
Very well. 

A wipe has been done on your character and an unban was issued. Any ban within the next 6 months will be permanent again and much harder to come back from. Do not waste this chance.
