(C2.3) Combat logging - Logging out at any point during RP is exploiting. Some examples of this include: logging out during a firefight, being chased by the police, arrested by the police, while dead awaiting a medic, logging out in order to save gear, rage-quitting, logging out whilst restrained/detained. Punishment is a permanent ban. Staff can make an informed decision depending on if you’ve made an attempt to resolve the issue. We do suggest you attempt to rejoin the server and continue the roleplay (try messaging them with the mobile system first).
 (G2.9) Transferring money or items between your own characters is not allowed by any method.

In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: I was banned because I combat logged the death timer, transferred a total of 46k from fresh characters and told a friend to pick me up when dead in steam also went gambling with fresh characters. 

Why should we unban you ?this is my first offence on any game) You should unban me because  I am a naïve young adult which has only had such little experience in the city and not reading the rules before starting the roleplay so I had no knowledge of the rules that were set place such as C2,3 which I had no idea of what combat logging was, When I discovered it when I got killed on the mountain and I raged on the game then switched characters and got killed then switched back and found out I was alive with no timer so I used this exploit to my advantage to skip the death timer so I wouldn't wait 15m every time which I used several times which I do regret this why I'm doing this apology/unban request because I have thoroughly read the rules that are set in place and now understand the rules and regulations and now have more knowledge on what everything is. This is the only server which actually has serious rp and a good community which I would love to be apart of it again and  I think everyone deserves a second chance because I've been open and honest of this unban appeal and  I also regret everything I have done and the distress I've caused anybody and if I do comeback it will never happen again because I know the rules and i know if we don't comply with them it ruins the whole fun of roleplay and the community.

Whilst you are saying you hadn't read the rules prior to this, I do remember when we we're talking on the roof that you said maybe you should have. Indeed it's always a good idea to read any communities rules overall since others are different and here would be the same. Now you did agree that you read the rules when you made your character, So it's always a wise thing to do more so if you are agreeing to it.

Now during our conversation I did inform you in relation to a cooldown period being given due to the combat logging. This cooldown is a one month time from the time of the ban. You we're banned on January 22nd 2023, Meaning you will need to wait until February 22nd 2023 before you may appeal this ban. I would suggest during this time to read both our GTA and Community rules so you are aware of them prior to making a new appeal.
