Reason given for your ban: (G2.9) and (G3.5)

In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: I was banned because i made a second character to benefit my friend and for using a 3rd-party to pass on information, character separation.

Why should we unban you ?: Hey. I hope all is well

I come here with a open heart and a open mind, with all honesty.

First of all i want to apologize for all of my mistakes, i was doing wrong and broke the rules which i am deeply sorry for.
I have violated the rules and negatively impacted the gameplay experience for others.

The rules that i broke were these: (G2.9) Transferring money or items between your own characters is not allowed by any method.

(G3.5) Character Separation - Using information you have gained through the play of other characters to influence the course of roleplay, either directly or passing this information to a 3rd party to tell your character. Example: Character A is a cop that knows a raid is about to happen on a gang, Character B (same player) is a member of a rival gang. Character B does not know about the raid, Character A is unable to tell someone else to tell Character B about the raid. Character A may not use Character B's vehicles or assets.

These rules where broken from my side, this is totally not tolerated and its just ruining the roleplay experience for everyone and i deeply regret what i did. I apologize.

After some time away and clearing my mind and by reading the rules again, i understand the staff's viewpoint now,
when i think about my action, i feel regret and hurting inside, because of the tremendous damage i have done by breaking these rules and i have caused damage to something good you all have been building for the community, those are my feelings and not excuses or blame.

I take full responsibility for what I have done and i do truly apologize.

I have been focusing and working alot to better myself and reading the rules over again and again, my words probably don't mean that much, but i am telling the truth about how i feel, because my behavior was extremely inappropriate, immature and lacked the respect that this server deserves. I have every intention of curbing my thoughtless action and learn to adjust my behavior befitting server rules and roleplay.

I have printed all the rules out in paper, so when I haven't been on the computer i have been reading the rules and been through them multiple times now, because i am willing to learn them by heart, so i can do everything the right way and give the server and the community the respect it deserves.

But I'm confused? How did you break the rules when you never even used a second character by your claims?

I said that yes, because in that moment it wasn't actually clicking for me that this was the reason, so i was kinda confused, but after you told me what the reason was i got speechless, i got ashamed, because i realized that i made a incredibly bad choice for breaking the rules, i should have known better for what i did. I truly regret it and i am sorry.

Looking back to this now after some time away from my computer and clearing my head, i still feel guilty and ashamed of what i did, if i could rewind the time and change what i did i would do it, but i already made the mistakes, i truly apologize for my behavior. 

I am guilty of everything in this situation and deep down in my heart i regret it and sincerely apologize, also to be completely honest i didn't know the rules by heart, i did read through them a few times, but it was just too long in between that i had forgotten alot of them, but now i have spent alot of time really learning the rules and i am willing to learn them by heart, so i don't do anything again to break the rules, i know i should have known the rules from the beginning i joined the server, but i apologize that some of the slipped in between.

Now i have been clearing my head and put in the effort to not cross this path again, where i am not doing anything without thinking twice and also read the rules over and over again if i have to, to make sure that i stay on the right path and show the respect for this server and the community. 

I have been sitting home and reading the rules on paper that i printed out because i am willing to change myself for the better and change what i did wrong, so it doesn't happen again. I want to make sure it doesn't happen again and do the work it takes. I apologize for what i did, i am guilty and i hope you guys can forgive me, not because i expect it or deserve it, because I don't, after what i did.

I deeply regret for what i did and want to assure you that it won't happen again, because i am committed to following the rules forward on, i will read them over and over again. I take full responsibility for my action and understand the importance of adhering to the rules and this incident has teached me a lesson and i am committed to ensure you that it does not happen again in the future.

Once again, i apologize for any trouble my action have caused and thank you for giving me the chance and time to explain myself.

Did you not at any point during this think to yourself that this isn't an intentional feature of the game?
Surely if this was allowed, everyone would be creating new characters and sending money over and over again to friends or themselves.

I must say I am glad to see you're wanting to own up to your actions and make a change.

To be honest it didn't click for me right away, it should have woken something inside me that this was not a feature, like you said then everyone would have done it, but it didn't right away, but after the incident i went straight back to the rules to check, but it had been to long in between since i read the rules, i am ashamed of myself for not even checking before doing this big mistake and i apologize for that, i take responsibility for my actions and respectfully want to better myself, to abide the rules. 

Since i broke the rules i have been thinking alot about what i did and been feeling guilt over myself, where i alot of times thought, "imagine this was something you did in real life, with a company or a community center or even family, where they had strict rules and without thinking i break them, were i thought what have you done and what do you think they feel, the respect that i earned from them that was destroyed in seconds" this actually breaks my heart to think about, i want to learn from my mistakes to be a better person, not only for myself but also for others around me.

I am truly sorry for my actions and i want to assure you that it doesn't happen again, because i want to be a better person than i was. 

After that i decided to really sit down on my computer and opened a word document, where i read the rules and typed ever single world down on this word document to better myself in knowing the rules, not just by reading them, but also by typing them down. I want you all to know that i wouldn't have done any of this if i didn't mean it deep down in my heart, because we only live once and i want to have a positive and good reflection on to others from doing good.

I sincerely apologize for what i have done and i am guilty of this, i am definitely not proud of myself, i can do much better, thats why i want to assure you and myself that it won't ever happen again. I am so sorry for what i did

Good morning @Minoo, I appreciate your responses having so much effort and enthusiasm behind them!

Bans of this nature come with some conditions following a successful appeal:
You will be receiving a character wipe on one character which you pick (This being cars, money, items gained, inventory etc), the other characters which you have created will be deleted.
You currently have Jimmy Flicks, Magnus Jacobsen, James Fleeton & Jack Barry.

If you agree to these terms, please let me know which character you'd like to keep.

To be completely honest, if it is okey with you guys, can you wipe all of them and then i just start fresh with only one character, then i would like that, in case that option is not possible, then i would like you to wipe Jimmy Flicks.

Good afternoon @Minoo, I must say it's been really refreshing to see so much enthusiasm and effort behind an appeal! 
You've made it extremely clear that you're desperately wanting another chance here to try and prove yourself different to the way you originally showed.

I am in full belief that you've learnt from your mistakes, and I hope you've sharpened up on the rules since.
Overall, I am willing to give you another chance on the server. Please do not waste the opportunity and end up back on this section of the forums!

As stated with the unban conditions, Jimmy Flicks has received a full character wipe and the other 3 characters have been permanently deleted.
Any ban you receive within the next 6 months will be permanent and send you straight back here which we do not want to see!
