Reason given for your ban: Combat Logging C2.3

In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: I was banned due to combat logging in a pursuit of another person, I was with my friend in the car at the time an we had been followed in RP. I was lagging really hard at the time and i x logged as i was getting mad at the fact my PC could not handle the fps at the time. I have recently just upgraded my pc and can now run games at top end.

Why should we unban you ?: I would like to be unbanned because i enjoy this server and i have been very good before this matter for a while after my other ban. This ban is fully reasonable as i ruined someone elses RP by x logging. I understand that i should of not combat logged no matter what and carried on with the RP before leaving the server. If i could have a 3rd chance to come back to RPUK that would be amazing and i will be as good as i was before i had the issues with my pc which is now resolved. C2.3 Rule Combat logging is a rule i understand that if you break it you will ruin people RP and i do not intend to do this if i am allowed to come back. Sorry for my mistakes and hopefully with the high end PC i now own i can experience even better RP with my friends and players i have met in the time i was around.

Yes sorry Stuart, Me and my friend was being chased by another vehicle not the ones doing the chasing. My mistake.

If i remember correctly i think we were being chased by two other people due to me and my friend talking trash to them, I'm unsure if it was PD or a gang. I combat logged out of the car as my fps was so bad that my game was freezing so i had enough of playing at that time due to my computer not being up to the standards of what the game could run.

I've already explained why i x logged off the server, I also did not return because my PC was not good enough to run the game which i also explained, I maybe should have either gone to teamspeak to try and speak to a staff member about what happened so it could of been resolved there and then instead of just leaving it until i upgraded my computer.

EDIT: Stuart not trying to be rude but it seems you're trying to ask the same questions that have already been answered, I mentioned it was either a gang or police to my memory, If i was shot at then i was shot at but i cannot really remember every single detail down to the date and time. I try my best to remember every single detail but the fact is when you play alot on the server theres days you cannot remember specific things. Kind Regards.

Now you mentioned your computer wasn't good enough to run the game however you've played somewhat consistently until the ban overall, Leading to the point that you would of been fine to return but decided not to. There are many things you could of done, Why didn't you attempt to resolve the issue over avoiding it until you was banned?

I left it because i didn't think i would of been banned to be truthful to you until i upgraded my pc, I recently came back with some of my friends to find out that i was banned for combat logging. And again i explained above this what i should of done to resolve the issue and gone to teamspeak instead of just leaving it and coming back months later.

EDIT: Further more yes i should of definatly rejoined the server to at least continue the RP with the police but i didn't and that was wrong of me, I do remember moments when my pc did crash and i had to rejoin and then continued with RP without issue, Yes i was mad that my pc was trash at the time and i should of rejoined the server like i have done before to carry on with the RP and then logout after. I tend not to purposely break your rules because i enjoy it here and just want to be around the people i have fun with again.

Yes Stuart, the first perm ban i got was because i was robbing two stores at once and there were a few people doing this which made me think that was ok to do, I did not think that this was exploiting but learned that it was after being banned and Robbie explaining that to me.  Regards to the issue ingame talking with the admins about NVL i was educated by an admin who was really understanding about the situation that i was in at that time.

"So how can we be sure if we give you another chance you will follow our rules?"  :  I've been educated before and have learnt from this i.e the NVL, Now speaking with you i now have learnt no matter what situation you i must finish RP, I really do like your server and as you can see i have played quite alot, Its unfortunate that i made the mistakes of not following up and resolving the issues by either going to teamspeak or discord. Now that i know i am in a situation "again" where i have the opportunity  to either come back to the server i will 100% make sure to keep by the rules and if accidently break a rule without me knowing i will follow up in teamspeak with an admin to help the situation more. I really really do not want to break rules and don't intend to. I am truely sorry for not following up and resolving these issues and will make sure to do so in the future making sure i stick to the rules.

I will go and read the rules again now and make sure i know everything to detail as i do not want to be left banned from this great community here, you have a great server with great people and i miss playing here. Kind Regards, Sorry Stuart

Since you have mentioned you will read the rules, I'd assume this has been done so with that in mind can you please quote the rule you broke and explain in your own words why you believe we have such a rule in place?

(C2.3) Combat logging - Logging out at any point during RP is exploiting. Some examples of this include: logging out during a firefight, being chased by the police, arrested by the police, while dead awaiting a medic, logging out in order to save gear, rage-quitting, logging out whilst restrained/detained. Punishment is a permanent ban. Staff can make an informed decision depending on if you’ve made an attempt to resolve the issue. We do suggest you attempt to rejoin the server and continue the roleplay (try messaging them with the mobile system first).

The reason we have this rule in place is to prevent people from combat logging in an active RP situation, For example if i am arrested by the police and i am in handcuffs and x log then the RP would be ruined and it would create a bad environment/name for the server, And then that person would probably be fed up of people combat logging every time and maybe they would leave the server and never come back. This would have an effect on RPUK if everyone was to do this and there would be no point in RP. Kind Regards, Brogan.

Now looking over your history this is your second permanent ban as a whole, It's not a good look overall, However given you have a better understanding of the rules I'll offer you a golden chance to prove yourself to us. I will hold you to your point you made about following the rules moving forth so I do hope you don't let me down with this opportunity. 

With that in mind, Should you find yourself with a third permanent ban you will find it more difficult to return so I would suggest that you take the rules more serious moving forth. If you are unsure about a rule you can talk to a member of the staff team and we will be happy to assist your understanding of them, I also hope you don't return to this section of the forums moving forth.
