Unban Appeal for micky_mufc

Reason given for your ban: c2.3
In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: i know why i was banned after the scenario happened without thinking i passed my weapon onto a fellow member from family when i came back into city whilst in a current rp but i never thought anything of it whilst in this moment.
Why should we unban you ?: ill start from beginning i was in a rp scenario outside pillbox where someone was saying horrible shit about me and my guys so friends of mine from coalition came and held him up with a knife he then pulled a knife out and started to attack the friend of mine so i shot him they then took him away so he did not value life.
i will try get footage of this.
this leads to another scenario with the friend of the guy they dumped.
the friends of my family called us to pillbox (nsc) NorthSide Cartel. My family is called The Secret Cult we work together and help each other in getting turf for each other to eventually go whitelisted and become a family/ gang to be a force to be reckoned with.
ok we where asked by NSC to hold up a guy in a red puffer jacked id (59) i pulled up in a sultan rs police where sitting outside already dealing with someone else they left then we rolled up on the said guy i had my weapon drawn he then got in a vehicle he was told to get out by many people with weapons his friend who was dumped earlier in blue id (102) he started to approach me with arms crossed i aimed my weapon at him and told him to stop he then very quickly stabbed me once and i went down the guys the persisted to attack people with bladed items after been shot at and in my eyes did not follow city rules to value life if the didnt break rules i would not have been cheated out of the rp situation and would have still been standing to continue my rp on foot either chase or getting a chase in car so there rule break caused a disappointing result in my rp experience i have footage of this from a friends point of view i will add link in here.
they have been caught breaking city rules before this also and linked here also.
after this friends of mine in NSC tried to get me away knowing the situation was messed up and knew i shouldn't be on floor and guy in red (59) was shouting to police he has a gun he has a gun whilst i was been carried to a car the nsc guy was hit by a tasertwice and then cuffed but i was still on his shoulder he started walking across road then police grabbed him my eyes went blurry and couldnt see anything so i f8 quit to pop head to re join i by accident clicked a different person and immediately messaged the nsc on discord to state i pressed wrong guy i then loaded into city and was teleported into sky by admin and explained and said i would load back in as original character so i did.
by this point members of my family where at location but i couldnt hear any voices only city sounds i was at this point standing again so i got in vehicle to turn voice box off and on by this time the said person drove me away from situation which in my eyes could have been same as if i came back downed and he placed me in car and took me to a dodgy doctor i fixed hearing and knew that the admin was watching as i told him others where cheating i then passed my weapon to this family member and headed back to area but didnt make it as was kicked since been removed ive told admin who had weapon and has been taken.
i wasnt intentionally trying to break rules i took it as same as if he placed me in car after situation it wasnt my fault i came back in alive and not downed i was heading back to help my boys how i could as he couldnt physically place me in car as i was alive so i continued how best i thought.
im well known and liked in city and add many exciting role play experiences in and around family with my contagious laugh and dj skills and generally making everyone feel better when around diablo
hopefully the footage summited is enough to 1 prove i would not have been in the situation if i wasnt cheated and would have gun this is also my first offence and i believe if the admin just spoke to me and said thats a big rule break i could have sorted there and then im in city around 15-17hours a day at moment and met alot of friends who if you ask im a genuine person who follows rules at best of my ability but when others break rules and i get punished for a simple mistake i made after they broke rules which put me in a situation i shouldnt be in i dont see how this is fair ive been in city a few months now and worked hard and long to be where i am and hopefully you can see this and give me another chance or even speak to me in discord to explain situation and even get others to come in chat and provide information of how valued i am in city.
if i do get allowed back in and you decide that i wouldnt have been in that exact place if rules wernt broke by the other players and determine i would have been either in a chase or different scenario by that point i would love you to consider returning my mini smg and bullets or the amount for these items
if you allow me back and find some way that there actions where fine and i would have been exactly where i was then admission back to city would be good enough for me even though i would disagree with decision i would accept it
