In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: I have unfortunately and deservingly been banned for the violation of rule G2.9(transferring items and/or money between characters), in which im in absolute regret and shame for. I will firstly explain thoroughly why i have been banned, the intentions at the time and thought process behind it. Of course, no excuses or reasons exist to equate the damage that has been done as well as suggest why such a thing was a good idea.
About 2 months ago, more or less, i had once created a character called Kyros Leander, a character for the purpose and ambition of roleplaying a solicitor, in which such application had succeeded. Down the line in time, i started losing interest as well as the motivation to play the character since i had other priorities within my criminal character(Mazza Lini) and G6 (Arthur Stone), more time was needed to be invested into them. Further on, about 2 weeks ago or less from today, i decided to delete Kyros since there was no longer any purpose for it, the character still had some assets like money and cars. I told a friend of mine Jay Richardson [in game name] about that idea, i also explained to him that since i was deleting the character, i wanted to give away the car i owned and all my cash to him. We roleplayed the situation, giving him all the cash and transferring the car to him, i disengage from the RP scenario and log off to then relog and delete Kyros.
I had then communicated with him externally and told him "you could either keep what ive given you from that solicitor character or RP it and share it with my main", those were the words i told him, but im not going to actually bullshit anyone here, because honestly the deep intention is obvious enough to everyone that i desired the car and money from the other character to my Mazza Lini one. Lastly regarding this matter, 190K was taken out in cash, 30-50K was kept by Jay and the rest including the car (worth about 40K or less) was given to Mazza Lini. Subsequently, i was then banned. All in all, i was careless and inconsiderate of the consequences, this slap on the neck taught to be more aware of what i do and to not try anything silly like this again, especially when im fully aware that staff are always watching; im wise enough to know the rules and follow them strictly.
Like everyone, you only learn better from your mistakes and especially me, my stupidity lol.
While i have already mentioned him, Jay Richardson's ban for his involvement i believe is mostly my fault, it was my influence but his loyalty as a friend which got him that ban. I was the primary reason to the violation of rule G2.9. He did what he also thought he would have gotten away with, but like me he also regrets doing as such.
Why should we unban you ?: There are many reasonable answers to this, but before i say anything. I have to sincerely apologise for letting myself, my gang, the community and more importantly the staff down. I acknowledge my mistake, when those who know me found out about this situation, they gave me a similar response, a response of disappointment, the tone of their voices suggesting that they expected better from me.
I should be unbanned for a plethora of reasons, a few of which are more important towards the community and the server than others. I'll begin by saying that on multiple occasions, i have made the effort of supporting as well as showing influence and supervision to the community, conducting player reports against others who have ironically broken rules, given others a great roleplay experience and contributed a few times in giving feedback towards members ideas/posts.
Since the time i have been in the server and community, about 6+ months, i have met a lot of great people who have given me an experience within a gaming community like no other. In the beginning, the concept of being apart of an organised and whitelisted gang on GTA V was unheard of to me, it was most certainly something i wanted to try and dedicate my time to. With all the time that has gone by, ive stuck with the mostly the same people since the start, these are the people who i cannot let down. whether my absence from a ban is significant enough, im needed as much as i need them. The Hustlers was and still is the gang that i belong to, there is still a lot of unfinished development with my criminal character (Mazza Lini), i simply must finish what i have started.
Further regarding my characters, i have a Gruppe 6 officer and newly made police officer character (David Mercury), which has only passed the interview stage and not yet a whitelisted officer. This option of roleplaying other perspectives and lifestyles is what keeps me heavily interested in the server. If i were given the chance to come back, I would have the opportunity to develop those characters further and deliver quality roleplay to others the server.
Nothing more to say other than, i would despise to see all my time and effort wasted on the server from the repercussions of a rule break, all because i let the desire to keep assets from my other character get the best of me. Human nature of temptation is a dangerous silly thing, im not the type to let emotion over ride my logic. Even though this matter may have blemished my chances of being a staff member, it will most definitely not stop me from pursuing it, in which staff shall expect an application from me in future
. No shame in expressing what i feel what importance i bring to the table, however i have said more than enough. Please understand that i have taken this matter very seriously yet taken it as a lesson for ones future within this community and the server. I couldn't imagine being absent from the community for months on end, to which i say, I've given my word to everyone including staff that such violation would never become near of occurring again.
