In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: So, in my words i was banned as i had virtually ran off and escaped whilst being pressured in a parking lot, but before that i had logged in and straight away these 4 lads came and pressured me which i then got into my car and drove off, they followed me rammed my car but eventually my car broke down. I locked my car whilst they were pressuring me with a knife but then there was a gun that was eventually got pulled out which i then complied, then they took me to a car park and i saw a make-or-break situation which i decided to take rightly or wrongly which to then having body armour on i survived and hid. In my head i thought that in a real-life situation you would do the same thing, but according to your rules which state clearly obviously i was breaching the rules which i completely understand.

Why should we unban you ?: First off i know it has not been long since i have been previously unbanned but i do apologise for this i meant no harm just though it would be a reasonable thing to do. as stated, before if you were in a real-life situation 7 times out of 10 you are going to make that leap. i understand that the leap was maybe a little too far to survive from i get that but that is the chance you take. I really do apologise and i mean no Malise, i was just on the way up from the bottom in the server and on a good run making money and creating good rp scenarios with when the army invaded tequilala and got killed but then was rescued last minute which was great, re-joining gruppe 6 also getting me one step closer. I have said it before and i will say it again i really do not want to leave this great community. I know i have also said this before, but this will certainly be the last time you will ever see me on this page again once again many apologies, Max.

So there we're people armed with knives however you only complied when a gun was pulled? Why was this the case, Why wouldn't you comply when knives we're pulled? 

Whilst yes we do our best to ensure real life is ensured within RP in a sense, We also understand this is a game and there are limitations in place, Hence having a ruleset in place for all players to follow. You then follow up by saying you ment no harm in doing this, However you broke this rule a few times this night in question so it shows you don't wish to follow the rules when things don't go your way.

I'll link the report below and you can explain your actions as you claim there was no malaise, However the evidence shows a much different story.

Yes many apologies i was out of the country on holiday.

But yes, the reason for why i was not complying is because i was in my locked car and you cannot damage people when they are on the outside of a car and i was inside. where as if a gun is shown there can be damage done. So following on from this i complied once there was danger to me aka getting out of my vehicle. And yes i do understand that there are rules and i do apologise for breaking them, but in the sense of "why should you break the rules if it is not going your way" is that at the time i was trying to create a realistic action, but looking back i can see why the people reporting and you guys that is was not the right thing to do. Once again many apologies, and sorry for the lateness of the reply.

No need to apologise for not being able to respond, We all have lives and they come first. In relation to tagging us, This isn't needed just an FYI since multiple staff can deal with appeals at one time. 

Whilst I understand staying in your vehicle you may believe is the right thing to do, However if we look a bit more into the realism of this, You may not have been safe in the vehicle should the window be smashed ect... Just because a game mechanic doesn't allow something to be done doesn't mean you shouldn't follow the rules as we have set out. 

In the report there was two times you didn't value your life, So my question is how many other times have you done this? 

How can we be sure if we simply give you another chance you won't do the same thing again should a situation like this come up again?

in regards to the realism of the car being mashed i can understand that in a fact that we are not sure of the window condition i can understand that we can assume things that is secure but i took a vision of the health and the engine was rammed witch caused it to break down but for me i am thinking that the window would be intact. and with the amount of times done i once again take into consideration the state of the car, i mean this hasn't happened a lot of the time to me but when so i have taken into consideration the state of the car. but if the people trying to get me out of the car they could have done "/me smashed window" for me to certainly know that the window is smashed. And finally i can tell you that it wont happen again as i previously said i will do my very best to create the most realistic rp taking all situations into mind to make sure no one is upset by my actions and the other away around.

Now relooking back on the report that lead you here, On the first video you was around 3 people with knives and decided to run off towards your vehicle then get into it and for the second you simply run and jumped off the car park. Looking over your last response then this one made me believe you was talking about a different situation, However going back to the report, You are saying the other party could of done a /me command to provide more realistic RP? 

To address this, If we want to add more realism you wouldn't simply try and run away from three armed people who could of stabbed you in the first clip, Then in the second you wouldn't of jumped from the car park something that would give you a serious injury or simply kill you by doing so. Now with this ban it comes three months since your last permanent ban and in all honesty. As this time going from the report and evidence provided there that doesn't shout out to me as you doing your best to create the most realistic rp in both situations. 

Based on this, I will be going ahead and denying this appeal and also providing a 6 month cooldown period to reflect on the seriousness of what you've done and due to you breaking more rules so soon after coming off a previous permanent ban. You may re-appeal on or after April 4th 2023.
