now a understand that you guys most likely didn't like the approach we had towards the city as your ideal role-player would be someone that would first get around the city to meet people then decide what life they'd like to continue with. Well with us it was different as we wanted to fight people and clearly you guys didn't like that.
Everyone has a different approach to roleplay as a whole and there is no "Ideal" set to follow, However there are many rules to govern what we do expect! These rules
ARE to be followed not picking and choosing when they suit you. To honestly sit there and believe you we're banned because you didn't "Roleplay to what we would think" is something I cannot wrap my head around. You we're banned for a rule G3.1 as you stated.
Now from looking at this exact rule it doesn't say because you didn't roleplay one way or another, However it does state the rule you did break. I would suggest reading the rule you we're banned for before jumping onto the conclusion train as it wasn't because you we're fighting someone. Gangs fight often and we don't ban them for fighting so that logic in all fairness has me stumped.
What you guys should understand that its a roleplaying server and your life does not depend on it not everything is going to go as planned people are gonna do what they feel like doing and as staff a would hopefully understand that you guys would learn to respect what the players choice is and not start dissing them and hating on them because there not doing what you would want them to do a wouldn't be surprised that people would switch server because all these false bans shows how corrupted the staff team really are.

I couldn't agree more as things IRL don't go to plan so why would anything in RP? Makes no sense. If everything went the way we wanted 100% of the time things would get boring and fast. Now there have been some strong claims here of "Being dissed and hating on them"? I don't understand what part of "False bans" you are going on about. If a player is banned falsely they are welcome to make an appeal and if it was false we are quick to rectify the problem. We are all human and at times yes mistakes are made, However I will clear this up right now. Your ban isn't false and you DID break this rule. If you wish to sit there and not explain why that's your call however claiming "Corrupt" when we have an open appeals section, Discuss the ban the person had in said appeal, I'm very unsure why you think the team is "Corrupt" by your own words.
Again, If you have evidence make a ticket and request to talk to us leads and show us what you have.

I can confirm this doesn't happen. We ban people who break the rules, If I knew you for ages and you broke a rule you'd still end up here. Again if you have evidence of staff bias please make a ticket and show us what you have! Your ban however was reviewed by multiple staff before the ban was placed.

As in gets banned for breaking a rule? Yes. If a player breaks a rule there is a chance for a ban to be placed unless it's a permanent ban or one such as metagaming.
like come on now surely there's a better way and actually telling people what there banned for and when they did "the rule break". I've seen how some big characters don't even what to play anymore due to staff. and I've seen from people that this server is declining with there player count now that say's something now does it. last thing if staff dislike you or what your doing you aint coming back bud.
Whilst I don't need to explain everything fully, I will to a point. Indeed people are talked to before hand, However sometimes it's impossible and therefore we have an appeals process you in this case can make the appeal.

This was discussed within the staff team prior to the ban being placed so the ban will indeed remain, But since you've decided to go on a mini-rant you can also receive a cool-down before we will even looking into another appeal moving forth.

So I'll go ahead and give you a month cooldown from today. Now as mentioned if you have evidence to support such claims make a ticket in the RPUK discord and ask to talk to us Leads and we will pull you into a private ticket where you may provide the evidence.
