In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: Hello, staff team and w/e is reading this.
The Bans I have received are these;

-> (G2.9) - Transferring money or items between your own characters is not allowed by any method.

-> (G3.5) - Character Separation - Using information you have gained through the play of other characters to influence the course of roleplay, either directly or passing this information to a 3rd party to tell your character. Example: Character A is a cop that knows a raid is about to happen on a gang, Character B (same player) is a member of a rival gang. Character B does not know about the raid, Character A is unable to tell someone else to tell Character B about the raid. Character A may not use Character B's vehicles or assets.

So I am gonna explain my case.
First of all, thanks for reading this far and second of all, I'm pretty new to the FiveM/RP universe. So I needed someone to introduce me to this wonderful world where we can escape into something new.
and as I stated, I am new and maybe a bit foolish. But one thing is for certain, I did not ask him to transfer money to me according to rule, which I am not very accustomed to by memory. I should have paid more attention to that aspect and one Rule I severely broke is, (G3.5). "Character separation..-" and I'm sincerely sorry for that and I'm not saying this to plead my case. I'm actually sorry, because I'm not keeping the server standard, As I've tried others after this ban and have come to realization that, there is no other like this server //speaking out of character// and to keep the standard that this server has and to be able RP like none other server I have tried. (I have literally been bunny jumping from server to server) and nothing really could satisfied my RP requirements. The Reason why this server has such a good standard, is because of foundations you guys have created with Rules and having active Staff members to keep someone like, in check.

Why should we unban you ?: A reason to unban me?
Well I could come up with a lot, but I won't be talking my ass off to waste your time, So I am going to keep it simple. I have learned from my past mistakes and will react accordingly to Rules of this server, to the utmost. So I can Keep RP'ing at this pinnacle standard, That I think every server should have, because otherwise I would not come back here to plead my case.

You said you had not asked your friend to transfer this money to you. The problem I see with this statement is you would have given him your ID out of character for him to then be able to transfer the money across to you meaning you at the time were fully aware of what was going on.

So why did you go ahead and do it?

You are absolutely correct, I didn't ask for it. but I thought It was nice of him to give money, even though I didn't specifically need it, because I was gonna start a shark fishing business, like how they do in Iceland  

Back on track, to be honest. He asked for my my ID or something of the sort (The one you need to transfer money). Of course I had a sense of he was gonna move me money (when he asks me for my details),  But all in honesty, I didn't know he was gonna log off and then move money (more like move money from the account he was on).

Afterwards when the deed was done, I asked why? It was because he didn't need it, So i think he was trying to be a good friend to me and donate the money that was on his alternative characters. 

Yes, I could have reported him myself, and not risk myself getting banned, but what kind of friend would I be? I would never betray my friends UNLESS and that's big UNLESS. Because to be frank with you. I'm new and I tried my best to memorize the rules and We are all humans in the end and I didn't really abide by the rules, because I didn't know them by heart. and after being banned, and realizing my actions has consequences and I dont seem to fit in anywhere else. I am willing to put in the hours to learn rules by HEART. 

I could write all day, but in the end. I did something bad, which should have never been done. All I ask for is forgiveness. consequences have actions and I have learned it the hard way. I will rethink how I approach RP and so I won't ever lower the standard of this server. 

Because there is a reason why, I can't compare this server to others. He feels different, its mysteries and there is a lot to learn and everyone is like-minded.

When I joined this server, I biker gang came by. Called me a baldie, Because I was knew in town and he was just marking his territory, we changed contacts, I was offered a job. There is real stuff on this server and I really want to be part of this amazing RP Community. 

Please give me a second chance. I won't disappoint YOU or YOUR colleagues

Ultimately if you would have come forward to the staff team together and admitted what happened by being honest the likelihood is we would have dealt with it there and then which would have completely avoided this all together.
If I were to give you a second chance on the server what would you do if you was placed in this situation again? How can I trust you'll do the correct thing?

Back to the task.

My experiences with staff have never been great, that is because I used to play a lot of Dark Roleplay, a gamemode in Garry's mod, or actually a mod, it was made back 2006 and has been active to present date, I believe. 

Anyways, what I was trying to say, is that usually, in DarkRP the staff is underage and feel a need to show that they are superior, so what I learnt is just to keep to myself and try not get much attention.

This case, totally opposite. It was foolish of me, to keep it within my head. Because, so far from reading forums and other ban appeals and denied/Unbanned thread. I've come to a conclusion, that you guy's are fair. 

it's a very long answer, but short answer is. You are totally correct. In most cases in life, honesty is always right way to go. Because lying is not the answer and lead to digger yourself into a hole.

First thing I will change, is to close everything except for FiveM and https://www.roleplay.co.uk/gtarprules/ on secondary monitor. So I can take precaution, to my action's and if anyone or a friend asks for my ID. I won't tell them and tell them Roleplay, because this is what I want to do after I come home from work after a hard day working as a sparky and it goes for everyone, even you @Danoo 

Because we all come here after work to seek friends and experiences and I will keep my actions in check, so I won't ruin YOUR or ANYONE's else experience, because I wouldn't want anyone to ruin my experience, so why should I break the rules and ruin the immersion of others. That's one of realization I've come to and SWEAR I will not break them again, if that's not good enough you can also give me a second life, a new character. To start anew with new found view of how to properly Roleplay. 

Trust is earned, not given. I will prove to you through my actions. That I can change, and you will come to realize that I can be trusted to uphold the standard.

I will build my foundation on my past mistakes and learn by it.

Actions have consequences.

And you're right, trust is earned which is why I want you to open a ticket next time you log on to the server, this is so we can arrange for you to return the money you've gained illegitimately (£55,000).
