Reason given for your ban: c1.2

In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: I was banned for C1.2 Discrimination - Do not express discriminatory or otherwise offensive views. This is no place for racism, religious hatred, ageism, sexism, homophobia, gender or disability discrimination. I should have in no way said what i had said and have no excuse to make up for my wrong doing, i didn't appeal straight away so i had time to think about my actions as i am fairly new to RP and have alot of excitement when playing, im a pretty hyperactive character but still shouldn't have said what i said and is not something i would usually say to discriminate another party like i did, i have watched the clip and id like to sincerely apologise to this person if i caused any distress in any way possible.

Why should we unban you ?: I think i should be unbanned so i can prove myself to the community and not only them but the staff team that i am not here to bully, discriminate or harm anyone, i am solely here to learn RP and do it in the best way i can (unfortunately i have made myself look bad in this case) but i genuinely am here to just enjoy myself and meet new people along the way, i also think i should be unbanned so i can prove i am worthy of this community and can make up for what i did, i miss this city and cannot find another city i feel like i fit into, this is the first city i have flown into and want it to be my only one, i feel terrible that this has happened which is completely my fault as i am yet to create a story and future for my character but i let the excitement get in the way to which i ignored the rules and said such things to someone, if i was given a second chance to fly in i would start off by apologising immediately to the other party involved in the report made against me, from then on i would like to start fresh and continue to create a story for my character which i am not yet sure 100% on what it will be but im sure it will come along and fall into place.

I do not want to enjoy my time here and meet new people at the expense of others, infact i never wanted to do such a thing to get me in this position and looking back now i feel guilty and mad at myself, it was a childish thing to say and shows immaturity, just overall a wrong thing to say and it shouldnt have been said at all which i greatly apologise to you the staff team for having to put up to such a report and to the person it was aimed at.

everyone is going to have their own opinion on things like transgender people and im sure this isnt the first report on something like this, To be completely honest with you i have my opinions also which i have every right to have but im not going to brag about my opinions and i keep them to myself, still doesnt give me a right to call the person what i called them as its not the kind of behaviour i would like to show for myself in front of people, like i said i was in an excited mood and didnt think before i spoke,

like i said in the report if i could i would like to somehow apologise to this person if it caused any distress because no matter what has happened i dont feel good about it at all especially landing me in the dispute a ban section.

You may have misunderstood here. You may have been enjoying yourself and having a good time but it's been at the expense of other members.
During your enjoyment, you've managed to upset another member of the community with the vile comments made by yourself...

You are correct in saying you've got every right to have your own personal opinion however, surely if you've got nothing nice to say then you just shouldn't say anything, right?
There are ways of insulting people within RP, and of course it's an 18+ game so cursing etc is allowed but the way you conducted yourself was clearly not roleplay issue.
There was an attempt by the officers to make you aware via OOC chat too.

If I were to let you back in, will you be just as thoughtless? 
How can I trust that you won't end up back here in a few days/weeks?

 
And i deeply apologise to all party's for the damage or emotion i have cause in this thoughtless situation.

Yes you are right if it isnt anything nice just dont say it but unfortunately i said something that i shouldnt have, about the OOC chat i dont recall have the OOC chat on showed as sometimes it was fairly off-putting at times especially when alot of messages were being sent in a short period of time so thats my bad

i will not be thoughtless and let out stupid and innapropriate comments like i have done this time, im really not trying to make myself look bad like this which is why im annoyed at myself for going over the top, i guess the only way is for me to prove to you that you can trust me again if you were to allow me back into the city, i still have so many things in city to do that get my character out there abit more and to show i am here for the long run and to do good things, apologies again that you've had to deal with something like this as it isnt nice and i completely understand what i have done wrong and what damage i have potentially caused someone.

You say you have so many things in the city to do, please explain for me. So far all I have seen from you is absolutely awful roleplay with no intentions of being a genuine member of this community.

Please, could you tell me the backstory for your character and what your plans are if you were to be unbanned?

I can agree with you on that and i look to put that to an end completely and start fresh, im still fairly new and had alot of things to learn and still have alot of things to learn and find out along the way, when i say i have so many things to do in the city i mean like potentially getting into a whitelisted job maybe or try out to become a gang member, im devistated that it has come to this for me to realise that i want to do the right things instead of wrong, i look to improve my roleplay massively as i am just new and to be completely honest i never knew how serious people took roleplay in general so it isnt fair me ruining it for them with my silly actions and comments.

i dont really have a backstory for my character to be honest with you, i dont want to feed you bs just to get back into the city im going to keep it real, i have no experience in RP before this city and im hoping i can create my story as i go along, im not 10o% sure what my goal is but i am sure i will figure that out one way or another.

i just hope i can have a good group of people to enoy my time with and that could help me along the way possibly, im interested in cars also so maybe improving my RP overall to maybe become a car salesperson at a dealership, thats a potential job id be interested in doing as not only am i selling cars but socialising with others and that way possibly create friends for the rest of my time here.

I look to improve myself as a whole to not be on a report section or to need to appeal for another ban, i made my mistakes and wish to use this as a learning curve and to learn from what i have done wrong and to remind myself what i can and cant say, like i say i dont want people to see me in a way that i seem judgmental, thats not who i am at all and again sincerely apologise for my actions. if theres anything else you wish to know im more than happy to answer.

I'm glad to see you've taken responsibility for your own actions, and seem to be regretful of them.
Given you've got a clean record, up until now of course. I am willing to give you another chance on the server, remember we will be watching.

If you go anywhere near this route again, you will be met with a permanent ban and the chances we will even bother entertaining an unban appeal from you will be absolutely minimal as frankly that behaviour is disgusting.
You're extremely lucky to be given a second chance here, so please do not think the decision was made lightly.

Any ban received within the next 6 months will automatically be a permanent as per FBS.
