Because the admins thought we tried flying into a group of people.

Why should we unban you ?
The pilot of the plane tried to do some near misses to scare the police but he couldn't control the plane and crashed into the parking lot. We never intended to actually hit the police departament. Our actions were caused by the police that decided that they dont want to wait for us to finish the robbery and just ran in the bank. We tried to scare them in the plane but because the pilot was actually very bad we have unfortunately crashed into the groud and from what i saw there was nobody hurt. We are very sorry for doing that and it will definitively not happen again. We just want to put in some good quality roleplay because we appreciate the way this server works. Once again we're sorry.

If I remember correctly there was a group of people standing outside PD talking with each other, We see a very low plane flyby and then you in the plane decide to turn around and head straight towards the ground. You say that it wasn't in your/pilots intentions to crash, therefore I have many questions to ask you. I will also add nobody got hurt due to the people you we're heading towards happened to have had admins present and knew exactly what was about to happen and prepared for it.

1. Why did all 4 people that was in the plane instantly log when the plane was deleted before you crashed into a group of people? If you didn't mean to do what you did wouldn't it have been better if you all had stayed and explained your reasoning instead of jumping off the server and hoping not to get caught?

2. A group of people decide to fly around a city very close to buildings doing near misses, where is the valuing of life here?

3. You also state that you want to put some high quality roleplay on the server yet you do a stunt like this what type of RP would you bring to the server?

4. You mention that you did it to scare the police due to them rushing into a bank that you were robbing, what was the outcome of the bank? Did the police kill you guys?

As I said we are very sorry for that. We loged instantly because we thought that we can leave without being seen because there was no way anyone on that PD would believe us that it was an accident, our intentions were to scare the police. 

We had no control of our pilot, he was very mad about the whole bank robbery thing and just started flying very close to the buildings I know thats not roleplay whatsoever but we do truly want to put in good quality roleplay like we have been on this server, before all this unnecessary shit happened. We're aware that this should have not happened in the first place since we have re-read and understood all of the rules now.

The police did kill us at the end when we were caught off guard but the roleplay quality from the police was just terrific because they didin't want to deal with this robbery they were ready to storm the place from first minute. If there is a chance we will be unbanned then we will make sure to deliver the best quality roleplay that we can. Once again we're sorry.

Now you say that you are sorry, you want to bring good quality roleplay and that you have read the rules correct? I'm going to put that to the test, based on your reply above you have admitted that you and your group broke another rule on the server. Can you quote me the rule that you broke.

 
I assume you mean the rule (G4.3).  We should not have come back to that PD.

Because we have been killed by the police therefore we have lost our memories and should not have remembered the whole situation. But instead we remembered our "gang" members and remembered that the police have killed us. This should not have happened. Like I said we have re-read all of the rules and fully understood them. 

 
I'm going to be giving you a second chance, don't do anything like this again as there will be no third chance.
