Why do you think you were banned: I was banned for Discrimination - C1.2 and the use of a certain word which I will not repeat
Why should we unban you: I just want to start this appeal off with the most important part which is I'm genuinely sorry. I'm sorry to the person involved who had to deal with the discrimination. I would also like to apologise again to staff and the community for what I said.

The situation occurred in 'beef' between Ballas and Grove. I was approached by a grove member asking 'who am I talking to'. The reply which I provided was in the heat of the moment as it was getting very intense. This does not excuse what I said but is just an insight on how I made the mistake. This is not at all a reflection on my character and I am disappointed in myself for the lack of awareness of what I was saying. This is something that can affect people tremendous amounts and is something people should never have to experience.

During my time away I have thought out many different roleplay avenues I could have took with the grove member. It has also made me realise how much I miss the server and how much fun it can be when a high level of roleplay is given. If I was to be given the chance to roleplay the whole situation again I would snatch it. Seeing other people experience different situations with the new updates, It makes me more determined and motivated to prove how good I can roleplay and provide good experiences for others that are involved. I would love to be able to have that second chance which I am able to redeem myself with everyone in the RPUK community as I let everyone and myself down with my actions.

I have been a member of the RPUK community since 2021 and never made this kind of slip up. Personally I believe in second chances and if I was given the opportunity I wouldn't disappoint. This mistake is something I've learned from and won't happen again.

I completely agree I should know better. It was a slip up and a mistake which I really do apologise for. Everything was heated at the time and I let my emotions get the better of me. Rather than staying calm and staying in control of the situation I let my standards drop within a split second. It was complete regret after the incident. Of course, I have to deal with the the consequences and now is up to me to prove and gain the trust back.

You're right, it shouldn't! I knew this rule was in place and the word was strictly forbidden. It's not that I needed it to happen to learn from it but rather has given me the opportunity for serious self assessment, a self assessment on what sort of person I want to be, and the reason I am here for in the first place which is to enjoy a serious roleplay experience which I too am responsible for making sure I deliver the same.

Furthermore, I was referring to the context of learning what I could have done in the certain situation. Think before I act, explore more paths with the roleplay. Take the grove member, ask him questions, gain more information that the grove member could provide to me. all this could have lead to a more fun and engaging roleplay. More of a learning aspect on how a split second decision ruined the roleplay and what I could have done rather than the one I did.

Ultimately, this simply shouldn't have happened. It was a genuine mistake and I'm sorry.

You can expect high level of roleplay, a more level headed and calm demeanour in contrast, to the one you have seen before. I will 100% focus on making every situation possible, fun and engaging for everyone involved.

I would say this one month helped me understand how to control my emotions when situations occur like this. It's give me a 'reality check' to say and I can promise you something like this will not happen again. Actions speak louder than words and I'm willing to prove it.

I would prove this by making sure I provide the highest roleplay, ensuring that what I provide is fun and engaging for everyone. Most importantly not letting my emotions get the better of me.

I have also been looking to explore a more legal side of roleplay with a separate character. This way I'm able to experience a different side of roleplaying as oppose to the criminal side. For example A G6 character, involving prison and money transports and the general patrol of the prison. This should open up my eyes to a different side of roleplaying within the server and give me a better understanding of roleplaying as a whole.
