In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I have no idea why I was banned. I have not played Arma since like 2015 and recently built a new computer, came on to Altis and could not connect at all. Kept removing me for needing "AddWeaponCargo" files or something like that. And I was connecting to try and fix the error so that I could play the game.

Why should we unban you ?
Because I have not done anything wrong, this is literally the first time I have played in 5 years. I have not broken any rules that I am aware of, and need assistance to fix this issue.

Alright, sorry to let you wait a bit. We had to check certain things out. 
The issue that causes you to get kicked, is been resolved. 
As our anticheat flagged you, we confirmed this was a false positive, And has been adjusted.
that's why there was a ban put in place, We are sorry for any inconvenience, This ban as been revoked. 
And wiped of your record.
