Why should we unban you ?: Hi,
I was recently banned for (G4.3) https://www.roleplay.co.uk/topic/134866-report-a-player-27-31-42-gta-rp/?do=findComment&comment=773468
I would like to give my side of the story as its been manipulated by the reporter, Prior to the incident the reporter was trolling myself and the wife changing his voice box from the little kid to a deep voice.
The wife and I drove down to the fishing point to see whos fishing before prepering ourselves for a full day of fishing and to see if any of our fishing friends needed supplies bringing down. To be greeted with the reporter, The reporter progressed to troll and do threating behaviour and left the scene.
The wife and I then drove up to the petrol station to fill up the vehicle and to proceed to getting her E-150 out of the car parking, To be greeted yet again by the reporter and his friend. While trying to refuel the reporter started to engage into conversation and I asked him to stop being annoying and stop following us around he ignored. So I tased the person twice telling him to stop.
After this was over and I was walking away he ran behind and stabbed me in the back, Then proceeded to go to my truck with the wife inside. Just to say "Is your friend dead over there" with a knife in his hand.
This is the back story to what happened on the day, Am deeply apologetic for not staying in RP but with the situation and the trolling, Baiting and following around of ourselves also calling his friend over to "help" and pretend his not with him really frustrated me as I could've easily killed such person but his friend ran over and shouted stop stop and we then tried to resolve the issue just for the guy to run after me and stab myself. This is a clearcut of OOC from the reporter as on his video he posted his talking to the same person on discord.
The police came to the ocean in the frog suit and recused myself and the lady on the video, This is why I posted the picture what was sent to me before the other person was injuired. As I was brought to Sandy hospital by the police, I have seen him and his friend multi times since this incident and not engaged with them at all and kept my distance.
As I said am deeply sorry for coming out of RP but with the stuff this person was saying and doing prior to the stabbing (Maybe thats why he never posted that part?) I've seen reports being denied due to "3-5 minutes of footage before the initial rule break occurs. The only exception to this is blatant rulebreaks." And this reporter didn't provide such footage in the report. You can also clearly hear him talking on discord for advice how to dump the body, How to get the body out of the car and the location they're going to and using sessionheads out of context.
It will be apperiated if you read this report and allow the wife and I to play once again, Ever since being in the city we've tried to help many people, Staying in RP. Even dealing with the best RPers in the city to buy houses, Cars and etc. We've hosted hide and seek events giving over £1million out to give people stuff to do.
I don't think the video was fully watched by the person who took the action, As if they did they can see its clearly OOC and deliberate baiting
The "Combat log" from the wifes behalf she didn't mean it as a combat log and when I told her she can't do such thing she came back on instantly (Within 1 min) https://youtu.be/ccrPALa2FSk?t=371 If you see at this time he cuts the video and doesn't show her coming instantly back, When she was in the vehicle she called the police to notify them whats going on, and the police took her to hospital.
