In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: I was banned due to bringing an issue up with the Police about people breaking the rules, And seeking advice.
Ban reason: G4.3 C1.10 G4.4
Why should we unban you ?: I was banned for
G4.3 "When you respawn:" But (G4.2) states a new life does not start when: "You are downed"
The players shot myself, Put me into a car and drove the car into the ocean. Giving no choice but to respawn. I asked in chat for a revive with no luck.
So the G4.3 is not a valid ban reason. As this was explained.
(C1.10) Trolling
I was disconnected when the 2 other players was talking to the police before I could re join and explain what happened. The officer stated "This isn't how it works" But when G4.2 outweighs 4.3 as there was no choice but to respawn. and no trolling was made towards them by myself (Not to sure what happened while disconnected.
G4.4 is also not a reason for a ban "Your character retains all knowledge of the time before they are downed." Then G4.2 "A new life does not start when: You are downed"
The ban was not fair and realistically uncalled for
