In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: Dear Staff,

My apologies for the last appeal. I did not mean to come across as simply asking for an unban. Please do not misunderstand. Seeing as me and my friend were in the same situation, I felt I did not have much to add to my friends appeal. I simply did not want to waste too much more of your time.

Just as my friend, I am unsure why this ban was done. I read the rules of wich I am acused of breaking, but I do not know what this exploit is I am being accused of. For as far as I know, no items where transferred between any of my own characters. The only transfer that happened was the leather that my character Emily bought from my friend Kathleen. I bought leather and I got banned. I do not understand.

I am willing to put in the effort to find out as to what happened, but as said before, I do not think I can provide any new information that has not already been mentioned in my friends appeal.

Since the ban, I have been discussing things with my friend and have been following their appeal closely. I am not sure what more I can do, other then to give you my word we will be more carefull in the future.

Why should we unban you ?: I have read the rules again and I did not do anything wrong knowingly and I never meant any harm. I just want to go back to enjoying rp with my friends.

Whilst you and your friend we're in the same situation when the ban was placed, You we're the main person who broke the rule overall, So we will go into this and go from there. 

Now you've mentioned why you are banned "For the leather", Indeed you are correct since you have had this on another character and then got it on Emily. So why did you transfer the leather between your own characters?

I did not know that the leather had been on anna. I do not recal ever giving any leather from anna to Kathleen. I thought Kathleen had it left over from one of her own previous hunting trips. Had I known it was mine, I would not have traded it. I am very sorry, but I was not able to keep track of that.

 
Surely you would of known if you give someone else items prior? 

Lets say for arguments sake we did offer you another opportunity, If you can't explain this to us how can we be sure you will one follow the rules and two be forth coming down the line? 

 
I usually do remember if it's shortly prior but I honestly do not remember giving Kathleen any leather. It must have been a long while before the trade happend.

As I stated before. Had I known, I would not have bought the leather off her. I did not mean any harm. I just want to have fun RP with my friends and others.

So how long do you believe this "Trade" happened ago? I assume it was discussed in game prior? 

I know myself if I give an item to another player I do remember so I don't end up with the same exact thing again, Believe that's just my mindset to be on the safe side. 

Now the reason I'm not 100% convinced this was an accident as this isn't the first time you transferred items now is it? So it does call into question your own actions and motives. 

On top of the above, When did you meet Kathleen on both characters and how did both meet? 

 
I am not sure to what trade you are referring here? The only trades I remember making with Kathleen is the two leather trades. I gave her money both times and she gave me leather in return. This was maybe 3 weeks ago now? These two trades were discussed ingame and were part of RP between our characters. This has also been mentioned in Kathleen her unban appeal that you read.

I have no idea how long ago it was I had given Kathleen leather... Like I stated before, I do not even remember giving her any.  That is why we both (me and Kathleen)  were so confused about the ban.
I still find it very strange that I would have given her leather in the first place, seeing as my own characters use/buy it themselfs. 

Honestly, if I was to transfer items between my own characters it would not be with something silly as leather. Like what use did that bit of leather have?

How our characters met has also been told to you before in Kathleen her appeal and I do not understand why you would ask this again.

Kathleen then went back to the ranger station after some time where she met Emily and found out Emily was in need of leather. She checked her Surfer Van and found only 28  ( i think it was) left in there. She sold them to Emily and said she would go get some more. Hunting really takes hours and I needed a break... so I took Kathleen back... send a txt to Emily that she (kathleen) would be at the station later with leather. I logged off for a break. Once I logged back on, Emily and Kathleen met at the station where Emily bought the leather from Kathleen. The server reset popped up so Kathleen helped move the leather she hunted and put in her mule over to Emily her mule. I then logged off cus of storm.

Anna and Kathleen are cousins. Anna introduced Kathleen to her friends when she first came to town. Emily met Kathleen at the ranger station or during hunting as Kathleen was a park ranger at that time and Emily a hunter.

If I transfered leather from one of my characters to another, then this was done unintentionally and I am very sorry for the trouble it has caused.

Well in this you we're moving leather across your characters, That's what I'm referring to overall. Indeed I did read that in her appeal however your appeal isn't the same since you are the main person who broke the same rule again after being banned for it prior. 

Explain to me what you did the day you got banned on both characters.

 
I was Anna at the start of the day. 
Anna was picking apples and then Kathleen showed up, so Anna helped Kathleen fill up her mule. Anna then travel to the store up in sandy to put the apples in the counter and then Anna took some fruits back in the truck to go and make smoothies at the burger shop. After making smoothies Anna went to pick oranges and then Kathleen showed up again. After Anna filled up the slemtruck, Anna went back to the store and put everything in the counter. After that Anna went back to the parking lot and parked the car for the day. 

Later that day i went in as Emily.
When Emily woke up there was a massage from the Gang leader of Vargos that he needed all the leather Emily had. Emily was already at the ranger station and all of Emily's vehicle were parked there. Emily went through all her vehicles to look what was in them and it was not much. After a while Kathleen showed up at the ranger station and Emily asked Kathleen if she had some leather and was willing to sell it to Emily and she did. Kathleen sold the leather she had to Emily. Emily asked if Kathleen was going hunting and that Emily cud buy what she had gathered later on and she agreed. 
I logged out to have take a break.

I logged back on Emily. 
Emily had a massage from Kathleen. We meet up at the ranger station and Emily bought all the leather of Kathleen. Kathleen left after that and Emily drove home to collect the rest of the leather at home. After Emily took the rest of the leather to the car and was on the way to the ranger station then ban happened.

 
Very well, 

I am willing to believe you. However, you have gotten yourself into that mess by keeping poor character separation, to be frank with you. Both your characters are played frequently and both your characters seem to be close friends with the same person/people. That is bound to cause issues. Your characters are 2 entirely different people, preferably with 2 entirely different personalities and lifestyles. You should be wary of that going forward. 

Looking at time stamps, I am inclined to believe it may have been a silly coincidence, but that benefit of doubt will not be extended twice!
Unbanned. Sort your character relationships out please.
